Perfect stay

Vivi and Robert were the perfect hosts! The location of the apartment was fabulous, within walking distance to local shops and restaurants and a short drive away from other busier towns/beaches. It made for a really relaxing tranquil getaway. The flat was spotless and had everything we needed. We particularly enjoyed the access to the pool and the addition of the ping pong table! We would go back within a heartbeat!

Wonderful property a short drive from the beach

This property is the best-equipped I have ever stayed in. Viviani and Robert have thought of everything one could possibly need. There were deckchairs, parasols, ice blocks, picnic bags, swim towels and all kitchen utensils etc.. They were always helpful if we had any questions. The old 1800s farmhouse is spotlessly clean with air con in both lounge and bedroom. The shower was powerful - great after days at the beach. We were made to feel very welcome with fruit and nuts from the pretty garden plus a bottle of wine. The pool was a decent size and we had it to ourselves all week. One can eat meals on the patio which is now well covered by creeping plants. It is only 25 minutes drive from the airport and an easy 13 minute drive to the beaches at Palma Nova and Santa Ponca. There are a couple of food shops plus pharmacy in two minutes walk selling all essential food including hot fresh baguettes. You can also walk to several good restaurants in the village. The village is very peaceful and beautiful. We had a fun time parasailing and going to the waterpark/beaches and loved coming back to this little haven. We also slept well as the rooms were dark when shutters closed. We would definitely stay here again.

What a lovely holiday!

The property is set in lush gardens in a quiet little town. It has everything you could possibly need for your holiday, and more, and the all furnishings are of lovely quality. It’s a very comfortable little house to stay in, with air conditioning in both bedroom and downstairs. It has it’s own terrace and outdoor eating area, with a great BBQ. They’ve thought of everything to make your stay special! Viviani and Robert are kind, generous, friendly people, who respect your privacy and leave you to have the pool to yourself. The pool area is idyllic, pretty, private and very peaceful. The pool furniture and large umbrellas are all very stylish, good quality and perfectly situated to offer shade throughout the day, they’ve created a haven of tranquility! Es Capdella is a sweet little town with a couple of nice restaurants. All the roads are excellent and it’s really convenient to get to Calvia, various beaches, Palma and the mountains. It’s a great situation, in a really lovely and accessible part of the island.

Delightful holiday home at the foot of the mountains

Viviana and Robert's home in Es Capdella is such a charming and peaceful place to spend time in Mallorca. It's away from the hustle and bustle of Palma, yet close enough to drive in in 20 minutes if you choose. Several lovely beaches are also within an easy distance. The setting itself is stunning, with the Sierra de Tramuntana mountains in the background, and in spring when we were there, the garden was bursting with flowers and lush greenery. The house is quiet and comfortable, with some outdoor space to enjoy the sun, and we had shared use of the pool which was a great bonus. There is everything you need inside for cooking, and the bedroom itself is very comfortable too. Viviana and Robert were extremely friendly and helpful hosts throughout the whole stay, and made sure we had everything we needed. I cannot recommend it highly enough if you are looking for a holliday home!

Beautiful home from home in stunning village

We loved out time in Mallorca and this home is the ideal base to explore the island. A beautiful village surrounded by nature walks and biking trails. The house is delightful and has all you need, a real home from home, immaculately clean well-furnished and has all you need. Halloween celebrations in the village never to be forgotten by my children! Thank you so much to Vivian and Robert, we hope to be back!

Beautiful house in centre of village

We had a fantastic stay and Robert and Viviani were charming hosts. The house is really beautiful with a lovely mature garden full of birds. We had the pool to ourselves and it is a good size. Restaurant Nou is just a few minutes walk and is is really good, honest Mallorcan recipes and good atmosphere. We ate there three times, the paella was really good. There are many beaches nearby and we enjoyed a trip to Andratx. We would love to stay again. Thank you Robert and Viviani

Es Capdella near Calvia

The cottage has been beautifully converted by Viviani and Robert and is extremely well equipped. It lies near the centre of one of the nicest old villages in Mallorca with easy access by foot to Peguera and its beaches (4km) using an excellent footpath through a lovely valley. There are two shops in the village and three restaurants. The cottage has off-road parking. There are excellent walks in the hills north of the village leading up to Mount Galatzo. The cottage is in a quiet one way street away from the traffic and the barking of dogs - a problem at the other side of the village. Viviani's garden is beautiful and they have a small orchard with orange and almond trees as well as a pool - it was just too cool in May to make use of this. We will definitely return.

Pictures don't do it justice, picturesque surroundings and walking distance to bars and restaurants

The house is beautifully done out and the outside area is perfect for relaxing. The owners live next door but keep themselves to themselves. They are very accommodating; will give you local information on where all the markets are and where to eat. The property is nestled within the beautiful village of Es Capdella where you can walk to the shop in the morning to buy oranges to make fresh orange juice and at night you can walk to all three restaurants. The house has been recently refurbished to an exquisite taste. Would definitely stay again.

Dieses schöne, alte Haus mit Terasse, Pool und Parkplatz, ist nach der Renovierung wie neu und hat uns sehr gefallen. Viele durchdachten und perfekt ausgefĂŒhrten Details machten richtig Freude. Alles was man so braucht, war einfach da. In der NĂ€he ein paar kleine LĂ€den, Restaurants und Bushaltestelle. Die nette Gastgeberin war immer hilfsbereit. Wir haben hier unsere Ruhe gefunden und konnten wirklich gut entspannen. Vielen Dank, Viviani, wir kommen gern wieder.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Ca na Vivi. Viviani und Robert waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sie gaben uns viele Tipps und waren stets erreichbar, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Es Capdella ist ein sehr schöner und ruhiger Ort abseits der Touristenhochburgen von Mallorca. Trotzdem ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Alle drei Restaurants im Ort sind zu empfehlen mit moderaten Preisen. Die Terrasse mit dem Blick in den schönen Garten haben wir sehr genossen. Wir können die Ca Na Vivi also nur empfehlen.

Super schönes Ferienhaus in sympathischen Dorf

Wir haben eine wunderschöne und erholsame Woche in dem Ferienhaus von Robert und Viviani verbracht. Das Haus ist liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und toll ausgestattet. An alles wurde gedacht und bei Hitze funktioniert die Klimaanlage bestens. Man wohnt neben den Besitzern. Aber alles ist so arrangiert, dass man seine PrivatsphĂ€re, aber auch einen sehr netten Kontakt zu Robert und Viviani hat. Beide haben gute Tipps fĂŒr die Umgebung. Unsere Tage haben wir nachmittags am Pool ausklingen lassen. Auch hier ist die Ausstattung mit Liegen, HandtĂŒchern, Schirmen wirklich top und hochwertig. Der Pool selber ist einfach nur toll. Es Capdella hat uns auch sehr gefallen. Mehrere Restaurants sind fußlĂ€ufig erreichbar und bieten leckeres Essen zu erstaunlich guten Preisen. Man kann in einer Stunde mit dem Bus nach Palma fahren und ist gleich mitten in der Stadt. Da kann man das Auto tatsĂ€chlich stehen lassen. Die Umgebung bietet viel: schöne StrĂ€nde (empfehlenswert Camp der Mar und Sant Elm: am frĂŒhen Morgen noch wunderbar leer), Museen (das CCA in Andratx und das Miro-Museum waren echte Entdeckungen) und natĂŒrlich ist Palma immer einen Besuch wert. Nach Trubel am Tag kehrt man dann in das beschauliche Dorf und die tolle Unterkunft zurĂŒck und beendet den Tag auf der schönen Terrasse. Ein wirklich schönes Urlaubsdomizil! Danke an Viviani und Robert.
