"When someone messages a hotel to check that there is a lift before they book their stay and then said lift is out of order before they arrive, you would think the hotel would contact them before their arrival and give them the opportunity to book elsewhere. My husband has heart and spine problems and I was most concerned for his health. Also, the room we originally booked wasn't fit for purpose - in this day and age, how can a bathroom that would fit inside a wardrobe be appropriate? If you are on the larger side of Twiggy, then don't book a classic room. The staff were wonderful but I couldn't stay here again. (and don't mention the artwork!!!!!)"
