Difficult to find the parking garage and instructions were not clear. Had to call to get the info. The area is ok but there were a lot of unhoused people around. Clean room, kind staff.

Overall the stay was good. The room had a ton of cracked paint and damage to the ceilings. Made it look run down. The check in staff was friendly but not very helpful with directions. We paid for a "city view" upgrade and we given a room with a view of the train tracks and homeless camp. I wouldn't consider a city view the room that we got. I would give it a 5/10, wouldn't stay here again
