This ranch house provides the perfect get away to a quieter style of living, just 10 minutes from all three towns and 30 minutes from the Boise airport. The 10 acre ranch is framed by acres of pictures farmland, with views of the Owhyee Mountains to Bogus Basin. Our home is located 1/2 mile from Houston Vinyards and all of the Sunny Slope wine tours, which feature 15 wineries and vineyards, award winning wines and unique dining experiences and tasting rooms.
With over 2000sq/ft of living space and all the kitchen amenities to create a gourmet meal for the Hollidays, followed by an evening in the hot tub with a glass of wine. This ranch home can sleep up to 9 people with plenty of parking for everyone. Room for your RV, Boats, and campers. Experience all the best that Destination Caldwell has to offer, in a quiet setting with horses to look at as you make your morning coffee.

This is a beautiful country property! If you want to be away from the craziness of town, stay here. It's a 15 minute drive to town if you need to go get groceries, or go to a movie. The home is very comfortable and very well stocked. If you have difficulties navigating stairs you will need to be on the upper floor. I had a 95 and 79 year old with me. They definitely did not go downstairs. But, the downstairs is super fun for those with good knees. The horses, sunset, sunrise, deck, yard, and just overall space is perfect.
