The girl who checked me in was so nice and friendly. The breakfast was really good and the room was clean and comfortable
Complimentary breakfast was tasty, and staff were friendly.
Not the cleanest
Staff was nice, said I booked two rooms. I think this was an Orbitz issue though and not their fault. Good breakfast
Was quite. Could put a few more towels in room if you stay more than a couple days.
Julie decided to keep our $600 for the suite we had paid for because dogs aren’t allowed in the suite and she decided we would be abusing our dogs if she gave us our room. So she turned us out onto the street in the middle of the night. We had to call best western loyalty to get any help and finally got the room we had already paid for. Then she called animal control and the police on us, just because she is immature and mean and we were with Hempfest and she ended up having to help us. No harm came to us luckily, but we will not stay at the Best Western in Caldwell again. Julie needs to learn customer service and Idaho in general needs to be a better state.
The fact that you charged me $40.00 more than the going nightly rate is absurd! Guess I won’t trust your rates any more!
We booked a pet friendly hotel and when we arrived there were no rooms available and it was a very difficult process to work with orbitz to refund the money even though the property had refunded orbitz
The room was spacious, clean and quiet. The staff was very helpful and the hotel being unable to provide a continental breakfast did the best possible to replace it it something else.
The customer service was great. Very comfortable beds and they had a grill we could cook our food on! Loved the idea of local wines but the moscato was out of stock. I would have loved to try it.
The wine was the best plus they had breakfast and was awesome this will be the first hotel I go to when I return this year
The room and property were clean and quiet. The front desk ladies were very helpful
My husband is in a wheelchair. This place had great parking. Easy access to the room. Enough room in the room to move around in the room with his chair.
They had a 24 hour indoor pool, but kids were not supposed to be in it after 11pm and still were. Our nonsmoking room smelled like a huge ashtray we almost left but were too tired to.
