Nice place to stay
The stay at BW Plus Caldwell Inn & Suites was a very good one for me and my husband. The location was very accessible to all the locations we visited and parking was ample. The room was spacious and had great amenities (micro, fridge especially). We enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi multiple nights. We would stay there again if we were in the area.

Horrible customer service
Pretty poor hotel stay. Booked the wrong date by accident on the app. Get to hotel and realize the mistake. I ask if they can change the booking to today. Front desk can’t and the GM doesn’t answer a call. He calls back and says hotels.com has to request it and it would take 72 hours, I am literally in the lobby and this GM wouldn’t give the front dest lady authorization to switch the date. So I am forced to book another 2 rooms. Try to cancel the wrong booking and the GM won’t respond so I’m stuck with the wrong booking days later. For being in the hospitality business this hotel could learn a thing or two. I never leave bad reviews but this place deserves a poor review, plus the hotel wasn’t worth the price I paid.

Overall the stay was very nice
Overall the stay was very nice. Staff were all very friendly. They have a really nice pool. Only thing was we were in a room that had flooring instead of carpet, which doesn't really give a nice comfortable feel. Also, we were on the 3rd floor and the room stayed hot even when turning the heat way down. Guess the heat was coming up from the lower floors.

Worst customer service
The lady at check in was rude. Turns out they have a policy that locals can’t stay. The site let me book it and everything. I read all the check in and out rules it didn’t say anything about locals within 30 miles can’t stay. We live 20 miles away and even though I had already paid for the room she said can’t stay here then walked away. Didn’t refund the money or anything. I then had to call hotels.com to get a refund. It totally ruined date night.
