Worst reception experience I’ve had. The man at check-in and the woman at check-out (glasses, long black hair) were rude, arrogant, and completely unhelpful. No greeting, no professionalism, and zero hospitality. They made me feel unwelcome from start to finish. This hotel does not value its guests. I would never recommend it or return.

Car parks were limited and too small. We had rubbish removed twice. Our unit got cleaned properly not once. In 7 days. The bathroom was a joke - no benches - just a room with sink shower and toilet. For disabled people it looked like. Hardly what you expect when booking an apartment. 2 to 3 star at best
