This hotel is amazing ! Well located right in front of the marina. Staff it’s very friendly, make sure you give them a good tip , “ don’t be cheap” That being said, I don’t understand what is the hype about Cabo! It’s just a town in the middle on sandy desert with access to the beach. I’m glad I came but not planning of coming back.

It was centrally located and our view of the marina, pool and the mountains were stunning. I actually spent more evenings from our balcony, than any other vacation enjoying the scenery and the wonderful breeze. The food choices were excellent. I can say truthfully, Marina Fiesta, was a great place to stay!!! When you book, pay a liitle more for a marina view!!!!!!

This hotel is in the best area. Restaurants, close mall supermarket was even better than Walmart by the mall. Resort gives you wristbands and is gated so you feel secure. Great pool towels. Great English tv. Awesome sandwich shop below. Hotel has 5 connected restaurants. 3 pools. Roof top bar which we discovered days later. 3 hot tubs. Huge hot tub overlooking the marina. Marina view kitchenette room was amazing as we could watch boats come and go. Hotel tried to charge 5 dollar per day cleaning fee but it was not listed in my expedia purchase so I did not pay it. Taxes were double of expedia quote. Expedia says they give you 50 credit but when I checked out she only gave me 40 as said 10 was for activities credit but no one said that on check in or expedia. Other than these 2 things hotel experience was awesome! Security staff really nice. Great experience.

i liked location but was hoping for a better view from room. we had a view of construction going on behind hotel. we also experienced high pressure tactics to participate in a timeshare presentation. told 90 minutes but with travel time took 4 hours.

We stayed on the end with balconies looking over the marina with wonderful views. We liked the location and proximity to walk to so many places in town and on the beach. We liked the sandwich at the pool bar. We did not like Jacks' Steak restaurant (all 4 dinners were cold and the filet mignon was tough and almost not chewable).

Poor quality resort. They were rude on check in and would not help in any way. The room had no hot water and when we asked for someone to come take a look they told us they would see. There was no shampoo or soap. Overall a very poor experience being a VIP stay. Definitely would never recommend this place.

This place is amazing. Staff very nice and accommodating. Resort is secure so we feel very safe. Also located in marina so lots of dining options within walking distance. We have been coming here for years.

What spoilt our stay was the pushing by a representative as soon as we arrived to attend a "holiday club" (Time share) presentation. then the following phone calls to our room early the following morning. This really spoilt our stay! Everything else about the resort was really great.

It was an okay place to stay. I was not impressed with the rooms. Beds were small and was outdated. Staff was friendly. I did not like that they tried to sell you time share right when you get to resort . I did like that you had everything around you and didn’t need to rent a car. I would give this resort a rating of 6 1/2

This hotel is perfectly situated in the marina...walking distance to bars, restaurants, clubs, etc but far enough that it is peaceful and quiet. The hotel concierge and attendants are really nice and helpful. I would stay here again.
