I’ve been to Aretê Hotel with my family several times before, and will return for sure. This time though a water pipe broke in one of the rooms and water invaded many other rooms, including mine. Everything that was on the floor got soaked. Staff was very quick and helpful to sort it out. So, this event in my opinion doesn’t erase the good history of stays we had there before

Great hotel for guests looking to stay away from the downtown area. Contemporary and eco deco style. Staff and service is best. The hotel offers delicious with a good variety of fruits, local and international food for breakfast. The rooms are very clean. We stayed in the room with the view to the Marina that has a private balcony. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Brand new hotel, super nice decoration. Room was very comfortable, nice view of the Marina, amazing breakfast, very friendly personnel. Really recommend! Just FYI, it’s not very close to the city center, you must have a car.

Já me hospedei anteriormente no Hotel Aretê e, naquela ocasião, o que mais me encantou foi a tranquilidade do ambiente. Infelizmente, desta vez, minha experiência foi bem diferente. A piscina em frente ao hotel estava extremamente lotada, o que comprometeu bastante o conforto e a proposta de sossego que sempre admirei no local. Acredito que seria importante considerar a ampliação dessa área para melhor acomodar os hóspedes. Fui ao hotel para comemorar meu aniversário e cheguei no dia 23 de outubro. No dia seguinte, durante o café da manhã, a equipe do hotel cantou parabéns para uma senhora que estava ao meu lado, mas ignoraram completamente o meu aniversário. Não que eu esperasse uma comemoração, mas diante da atenção dada à outra hóspede, confesso que me senti decepcionada. Tivemos também um problema com a pia do banheiro, que estava entupida. Felizmente, a manutenção foi acionada e resolveu a situação com rapidez. No beach club, a experiência também deixou a desejar. O local estava superlotado, nosso pedido veio errado, a comida estava salgada e houve uma demora excessiva no atendimento. No primeiro dia, tivemos que sair mais cedo porque haveria um evento no espaço. No segundo dia, fomos impedidos de usar os bangalôs sob a justificativa de que estavam reservados para moradores do condomínio Aretê. No entanto, ao conversarmos com um grupo que ocupava um dos bangalôs, descobrimos que não eram moradores, o que nos causou ainda mais frustração. Apesar de todos esses pontos

Segunda vez q nos hospedamos no Arete e como sempre muito especial. Excelente café da manhã com atendimento impecável, estrutura do hotel muito boa. Vale a pena a visita !! Pontos negativo: A pia do banheiro estava meio entupida demorando pra aguar descer. A localização do hotel fica um pouco afastado mas na baixa temporada a chegada até o centro é rapidinho. Academia muito simples com poucas opções de aparelho.
