Our house is located in a well-equipped condominium, offering swimming pools for adults and children, a restaurant, and a large leisure area.

The condominium is located in front of the entrance to Manguinhos beach, about a 5-minute walk away. The beach is calm, without many waves and with warmer waters than the others in Búzios.

Located in the Manguinhos neighborhood, the house is situated in a gated community with excellent infrastructure and 24-hour security. The environment is modern and in a prime location. The amenities offered include:

-Restaurant: open daily, with delivery option to the unit. The menu is varied and the prices are attractive;

-Adult and children's pools: open from 10 am to 10 pm;

1 Bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed;

1 Bedroom on the ground floor with 2 single beds;

1 Mezzanine with a double sofa bed and fan;

*If the guest wishes, we are available to recommend excellent housekeepers who can prepare breakfast, lunch and organize the house as needed. We can also recommend barbecue chefs if you need these extra services during your stay.

In front of the condominium there is a bus stop, where the buses also stop. The condominium is in front of the city's entrance gate, very well located.

Our check in/out is simple, seeking agility for our guests, we have a 24-hour concierge and we authorize the delivery of keys upon identification of the group and all necessary information.
