Pensión recientemente construida ubicada a unos 250 pies del lago Champlain. El patio y el muelle Lakeshore brindan un fácil acceso al amplio lago. La casa de huéspedes se encuentra en una tranquila carretera de grava, que es una de las principales rutas escénicas en bicicleta a través de las islas Champlain.
Burlington se encuentra a 25 minutos, a 5 minutos del ferry al estado de Nueva York y a menos de una hora de Canadá.

Perfect little house for our weeklong stay! Had everything we needed. Wanted to stay longer. Access to lake allowed us to enjoy some beautiful sunsets with a glass of wine in hand. This property is truly special. Staying in this lovely guesthouse for 2 weeks right at the shore of Lake Champlain was idyllic, relaxing and rejuvenating. The house has everything one would need, and is situated off of a lovely country road which provides lovely scenic walks. I felt welcome immediately by my hosts and cannot wait to return soon!

Lovely spot

Comfortable cottage for a long weekend stay with our two dogs. The cottage was spacious, well appointed, very clean, and comfortably furnished. The yard was large enough to exercise our dogs and the street was quiet for morning walks. Best tip: go to The Blue Paddle for great food. Their motto is: it's all about the dog!

Special birthday and Mothers Day get away!

We loved staying at Don and Perry’s guest house on the lake. The guest house is very comfortable and well done. There is so much to do on the beautiful islands and surrounding areas. We hiked, visited the fish hatchery, Shelburne Museum and a ride up to Canada. Sitting by the lake at night watching the sunset was a perfectly relaxing way to end our day. A special treat was the phenomenal Northern lights that happened when we were there! We definitely recommend the guest house and would love to come back.

Don & Perky were wonderful hosts and we really enjoyed our stay. It was a great location for our day trips to Burlington & Quebec. The guesthouse was clean and comfortable and we were lucky to spend the day there and observe the eclipse over the lake, avoiding the crowds.
