To start off upon arrival I had to deal with 6 police cars and an ambulance hauling away some crazy guy off to the hospital that lost his mind and the cops had to taze/fight. While this was not entirely the hotels fault it is there fault that they house criminals/psychopaths at the hotel possibly for government housing type situations. The front desk worker was not available because he had to give a police report so it took 20 minutes to check in. Also, after about 9pm there is no one at the front desk. There was all kinds of weirdo/transients going in and out of the hotel as well. The room was ehh. Relatively clean but damaged in various places. I Do not recommend staying here for the price and location.
There were a lot of people hanging out in front of the building smoking. There were others who were not smoking, just hanging. Wondered if part of hotel was being used as a homeless shelter
Guests were scary and un-nerving
Overpriced for a no-frills motel experience
very professional. Had issues with an electric outlet and maintenance was immediately alerted and fixed the problem.
The drain did not work in the shower or the sink. There was a purple stain on the counter and another stain in the shower...no idea what it was. Hair on the floor in the room. Thin bed sheets. I felt dirty and cannot believe I paid $200 for this one night stay.
Price I secured thru Orbitz was not price charged by facility.
The staff was great and friendly. The bedroom was very clean and neat. The TV setup was unusually easy to use and conveniently setup to plug in devises such as an Amazon Firestick, Apple TV, or laptop. The bathroom wasn't perfectly clean. And there were almost no amenities. No shampoo, minimal towels.
Located near restaurants which was really convenient.
I liked that this property was back from the road, so no traffic noise. But the fact they allow animals was not the best for us since we were very near a barking dog at 5 am.
The rooms were simple and clean, but the property seems pretty run down. Our first room had a leaky toilet (a huge puddle on the floor), and so we got moved into a room with an AC that barely worked. We had to sleep with the window open and it was really unpleasant. The shower was really slippery, and the sink had little water pressure. The pool was a nice touch but it was incredibly cold.
The place is borderline filthy and there is a lot of activity in and around it that is not typical at a hotel or motel for that matter. I recommend steering clear of this hotel altogether.
The rooms were modern and nice. It’s was the atmosphere entering and getting to the room. That night someone who looked liked they lived their was belligerently drunk so cops were there to kick him out. Then smell of pot all down my hallway. They looked like teenagers. All in all it was the atmosphere that made it very uncomfortable, I went to a different hotel.
It was clean and discreet, but the had water leaking from the room over the bathroom
