Electrical problems in room. No heat. Manager unaccomadating.

Bathroom cleanness has to improve. More room freshness is needed. room smell was not bearable when we first entered the room.

Location was great. Comfortable. Didn't like the 5 PM check in as we had to wait around to get our room.

Staff was terrible and took over an hour to check us in. Rooms were in poor condition

It was a good property overall with good location and breakfast options.

We arrived exhausted, two and one half hours before check-in. The manager could not offer us an early room, but she did direct us to a wonderful restaurant for lunch. The Inn does not have its own restaurant, but the free breakfast was excellent! The rooms are adequate and well equipped. Apparently, watching an HBO movie is not free. There was another small charge on the bill that we chose not to challenge. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay at a reasonable price, considering the season.

Bathroom shower in poor condition - mold. Washcloth from previous occupant was hanging from shower curtain rod. When we returned to our room at 5pm our entry card didn’t function, we noticed that another customer experienced the same problem. Your breakfast was a disappointment. Competing hotels in northern Vermont are much cleaner and provide better service.

Right off the highway. Grounds and hotel clean. Well lit.

Well located, solid value, definitely would return here.

This was my second time staying here, and I might check other options next time I'm in the area. Breakfast is well done, but the housekeeping was a little hit or miss - my room appeared to have been half way cleaned, and there were some maintenance issues like the curtains hanging off the rod that have to have been obvious to the staff every day they came in to clean. The WiFi was weak, which made working a little challenging. Good value for the money, but they need to tighten up operations a bit.

We often stay in the Burlington area when we visit relatives. This was our first time at the Quality Inn. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was good and the area was very clean. It's nice to have a hot food option for a change. There was a bit of noise late at night but it was a weekend so that is to be expected.The staff was friendly and accommodating. All in all it was a good value for the money and we will consider this hotel in the future.

To get a nicer room. The toilet kept flushing by itself, we had trouble opening and closing the door... wasn't the best hotel. Personal very nice, good choice of food for breakfast.

Spent five nights here while visiting family. Was like coming home each night. Clean, comfortable and very good breakfasts.

Hotel staff were pleasant and friendly. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet.

With initial check-in, the front desk staff was very courteous and friendly. First impression of the room was that it was quiet. The bed was pretty comfortable, but I didn't like that they used sheets over the comforter instead of a duvet cover. Staying in the summer, then cooling system didn't seem to take any of the humidity out of the air, but it was sufficient. The bathroom was clean, but the shower floor was a little slippery. Tried using the fitness room, which I would not recommend if you are looking for cardio machines: the elliptical didn't feel like it moved right, and the treadmill suspension must have been gone, because you could hear every step, and I hoped there weren't any people trying to sleep upstairs or in the next room. If you are looking for strength equipment, they did have a nice cable/pulley system, just know the AC doesn't work in that room at all, and it didn't sound like they were working on fixing it. Didn't try the outdoor pool at all. Breakfast was ok with a variety of options, coffee was good. Nice proximity to the highway and fast food/shopping center pretty close. Overall, if you are looking for a place to rest your head, this place will do the trick and not break the bank. If you are looking for place to spend a little more time, spend the extra money.

This Quality Inn had gluten free bagels for breakfast as well as two kinds of eggs, peanut butter, honey, and fruit. The next Quality Inn I stayed at did not have GF bagels and had a much more limited selection of food overall.

When we checked in the reception was lukewarm at best. We got to our room and it was very small. The bathroom was one of the smallest I have ever seen. The are lights outside every room that cannot be shut out so that it was bright in the room all night. The pillows were awful. The only saving grace was the breakfast. Their breakfast staff, two ladies, could not do enough for everyone there. They were always on the move, cleaning and making sure everyone was satisfied. They were great, as opposed to everything else about this place.

Air conditioning either was freezing or too we arm as settings didn't work properly. When turned on it leaked water that spread on the carpet and was soaking a large section of the carpeting in the room such that when I stepped out of the bed my feet got wet. The matresd was totally worn out and the pillows were worn so that it was like sleeping with no pillow. Flies throughout room as cleaning people must leave door open while cleaning. Staff didn't seem to care..manager wouldn't even speak to or call me..,Worst hotel experience I can remember

Our maintenance staff ran a full diagnostic check and found the alarms to be neither the fault of the hotel or any malfunctioning systems.
