The beds were very uncomfortable. The floor at the bottom of the stairs felt like you were goi g to fall through it at anytime. Very scarry. The rest of the house was nuce and well maintained. We probably would not stay there again.

This is a very family friendly property. There s so moany things for the kids to do. My kiddos loved the swimming, kayaking, fishing, video games and pool table. The house is located on a little cove just off of the lake. The tress that surrounfd the property block the view of anyt neighbors except one that is strraight across the water. The water is about 4ft deep maximum. If you stay here in the summer just know that your best (and likely only chance) to catch a fish from the peer is early mornings up closer to shoreline as they are feeding then. The sunset is stunning from the backdeck. there is a fire pit outside (which we did not use) and awesome seating inside and out.

Wonderful Lake House

We enjoyed our stay at this lake house so much. There was ample room for us to spread out and relax. We also enjoyed the huge backyard, kayaks, dock, and the quiet location. The host was very quick to respond. Wonderful experience.

Wonderful experience

Stayed here over spring break with kids age 16 down to 10 months. The kids had fun the whole time, between the kayaks, the pool table, Foosball, and pacman! My favorite part was sipping coffee and reading a book on the big deck overlooking the water. I appreciated that it was baby-friendly, with a crib, feeding chair, and even a gate at the bottom of the stairs to keep the little one from trying to climb up. The house was immaculate, the appliances were high quality, and the lake access was great. Thanks for a great week!

Can't wait to go back!

We loved our time at this lovely, spacious lake house! Perfect balance of space for gathering and spots to soak in peaceful solitude. Had plenty of every supply we could have needed, as well--the scented soaps and shampoos especially were a hit. The views are breathtaking! Sunset over the lake was gorgeous. So enjoyed the kayaks, pool table, and, cozy, fluffy blankets. Best of all was the super prompt, always warm and friendly communication from the host. We very much hope to return someday!

Perfect for a weekend getaway

We had a great experience here. The dock and lake were beautiful in the morning and for sunsets, and we enjoyed the quietness and the kayaks. The host was very responsive when we had an AC issue late at night, and they sent a technician out to fix it immediately. They also let us come back when we forgot something the next day. For future stays with a big group, I recommend bringing more plates and kitchen utensils. There were some but we had a big group so needed more. But everything was great.

Pictures do not tell the whole story!

Multitude of reasons for a poor review: Floors were dirty Kitchen sink did not drain Boards on the dock with exposed rusty nails The lake portion is more of a cove so it is only 3ft deep and the bottom is mush The owners scheduled a home inspection during our stay which was one of the most disrespectful things of the entire stay

Beautiful property

I needed to stay somewhere after having surgery in Tyler. This house was a great spot on the lake very peaceful. There were plenty of trash bags and thoughtful things like night lights. Plenty of towels and a great washer and dryer. A Keurig that could do a carafe or single serve (cause coffee)! Will stay again in the fall if possible because the view and balconies must be witnessed at that time for sure. If you want to get away but not drive a state away this is the spot to chill
