This property did not meet expectations for a five-star hotel. The bathroom appeared poorly maintained, and the furnishings were dated. I also experienced inappropriate and unprofessional behaviour from front desk staff (in particular this short bald male staff), which affected my stay. Although the location was convenient, the overall experience was undermined by the condition of the facilities and the quality of service. I would not recommend this hotel and would not return.

This was one of the best hotels I think I have ever stayed in. The staff were very helpful, friendly and professional they gave us great recommendations on places to eat and see. The room was beautiful spotless and the bed felt like sleeping on a cloud. Last and most important the hotel was very central and we were able to walk almost everywhere! Highly recommend.
