The rooms are absolute perfection-brand new! Staff is very pleasant and is in a nice location. Stored our luggage for us for a late flight on checkout day. They do serve breakfast, however we did not eat there since up and out very early.

Lots of construction going on around the property. Can hear trains go by frequently and there is a bar next door so we heard loud music into the early hours of the morning. We asked the front desk to help us arrange transportation to the airport.I Stated that we would need a large vehicle like a van because we had a lot of luggage. When we came down for our transfer had a small car and had to pay double to get another car to come help us get to the airport. Went inside because the same woman was still working and she really did not care and said we had to talk to the driver. I promptly said you are the one that ordered the wrong vehicle. She didn't apologize and just said I can't help you. While we were scrambling to get to the airport she went into the courtyard to smoke. One shout out would be the sweet young man that works the breakfast service. He was always kind of helpful and a great way to start our morning.

Lovely newly refurbished hotel. We booked a junior suite with breakfast. Our room (110) was situated on a corner with windows overlooking the Central Market Hall on one side and views over the square to Liberty Bridge from the other. The decor is beautiful, the bed very comfortable and the bathroom is spacious and well appointed. My only negative about the room is there are no drawers, cupboards etc, so when you unpack everything is on display. It’s just a personal preference for me as I like the room to look tidy. Breakfast is on level -1 and there is lots of choice of continental options and a few hot dishes, the scrambled eggs were especially good. The room was never very busy when we ate, usually around 9am. We felt the hotel was in an excellent location with a number of restaurants in very short walking distance. We had a late flight home and the hotel was able to store our luggage until late afternoon for us. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
