Apartment was very near all the sites of budapest. The only problem was finding the apartment was its sign posted as vagabond apartments and not park residence.

First of all, the apartment is NOT at the location as indicated on the website. The address listed on Expedia is actually the reception area which is 10 mins away from the actual apartment. You need to check-in at the reception and push your heavy luggage to your apartment and it takes about 10 mins. Also, the apartment is really dirty. I have to vaccum and clean the apartment myself on my arrival after flying over 20hrs of flights. At one point, I was told off by one of the reception that this is an apartment and NOT a hotel. What a good service I have never ever encountered from Europe Apartment. Trust me there are better apartment with excellence service in Budapest. Therefore, my honest and sincere advice to all travellers, DO NOT BOOK for Park Residence Apartment.

A great find

A great place and very central. A nice sized apartment. One of the bedrooms was a bit small but ok for a short stay. Very friendly and helpfull staff at the reception. We were able to leave our luggage on arrival and departure. Plenty of bars,restaurants and a couple of supermarkets near by.

Liked spaciousness of apartment. Efficient. A microwave would be perfect in kitchen. Hard to request service. Housekeeping is remote not easily accessible. If you need to change towels you have to take old ones first to front office which is not too close to apartment. They close at 10pm. Since we don’t have time in the morning and we come back late, we didn’t bother.

The room didn't look anything like the pictures that were posted both on Expedia as well as their own website. Our room wasn't updated, as the pictures showed. That isn't the end of the world, but our room also wasn't very clean. There was a lot of dirt on the floor right as you walked into the bedroom, the shower curtain looked like it hadn't been cleaned or changed in about a year, the mattress and the mattress pad under the pillows was dirty and stained, and the bathroom floor was visibly dirty which we noticed once the floor got pretty wet on our first night and we cleaned it up with a towel and the towel was very dirty. I talked to the front desk about the dirt and asked for a broom and they asked us to wait until the next day and they would send a cleaning crew up there, which was fine. When we got back, they had just put a broom in our room and no dustpan. I sent an email to the email address that had previously responded to me, about the other cleanliness issues and I didn't get a response. The people working at the front desk were super nice, and the Airspace area to store luggage until check in was great. I just wish our room had been cleaner or that someone had acknowledged our thoughts.

Quite a walk away from metro station and actual unit and check-in reception are in different location. Convenient for those who liked to be near restaurants and pubs areas. Main door knob was faulty and need to request for hotel handyman to fix it two days later due to public holiday.

Park residence experience

Property was very central & convenient location instructions were clear as we had a late check in and arrived after midnight. The fire alarm going of a 10 am was some downer and there was no one around to inform on what was happening so wrapping ur bags in a hurry after just couple of hours sleep and running 5 flights of stairs with no possibility to getting back to your room after all was a total ruin of the experience. Having said that we were able to store our luggage for a fee and enjoy the city. Staff were overall helpful and non invasive, there to help if approached.

Overall a good stay!

It was a decent stay at park residence especially for the price we paid for 5 people. Had all amenities, maybe if there was some sort of service to clean the room or replace items that had been used.

A good family stay in Vienna

The apartment is located close to Vienna about 5 Kilometers from key locations. The apartment was large and had enough beds for a family of four. The building was some what dated and the building was some what run down. The apartment could have been cleaner but the price was excellent. Overall we had a good stay.
