Esta propiedad está ubicada en un edificio muy antiguo, en un tercer piso, el edificio está un poco deteriorado, pero está bonito, el problema que fue terrible, es que el elevador no funciona, y nuestra habitación estaba en un tercer piso! El dueño nos envió un video donde nos mostraba cómo era el acceso y el elevador si funcionaba en su video, pero realmente nunca funcionó, así que fue demasiado pesado subir tres pisos de escaleras y más con maletas pesadas! Si yo hubiera sabido que no sirve el elevador, por supuesto que no me quedo hospedado en ese lugar.

We were there December and January and there was no heat. Also no wifi and no working elevator. I contacted staff daily to make them aware of the situation but I think I was corresponding with a bot. Despite promises that maintenance was aware of the situation, nothing was fixed (for three days). Orbitz was of no help in getting a refund. Do not book this accommodation.

Apartment was on second floor and although it was a little small it was clean and in a relatively central area. We only had 2 towels for our whole stay, no hand towel or tea towel, so this needs to be improved. Yes there are bins in the bottom stairwell but people live in the apartments so you would expect a bin store, there was no smell from the bins. The fact that we had a 25 minute walk to collect the key to access the property was not acceptable, we were not aware of this when we booked and probably would have chosen an alternative property as this did take extra time when we were only staying for 48 hours and took us out of our way, the lady at the reception wasn’t very helpful at all. Overall apartment was fine for what we needed but having to collect a key 25 minutes away wasn’t acceptable.

Összességében szép szállás, 1-2 apróság hiányzott

Az szállás tiszta, szép volt, de nem volt kávéfőző, se forraló, ami manapság alap felszereltség kellene legyen. A matrac a vendégeinknek túl puha, az ágy alacsony volt, ami egyéni preferencia igaz, de mégis kellemetlen. A házban a tartózkodásuk alatt nem működött a lift és így nehézkes volt nekik több emeletet megmászni minden nap. Összességében nem volt rossz a szálláshely, viszont a fent említetteken érdemes lenne változtatni, hogy az ár-érték aránynak megfeleljen.

Okay ophold

Fin lejlighed, badeværelse osv. Man kan ikke regne med at skulle lave det helt vilde mad i køkkenet, da der ikke er udstyret til det. Opgangen er, som andre skriver, gammel og slidt. Der er skrald, og det lugtede på 2-3. dagen jeg var der. Men selve indgangen til lejligheden er ny, ren og pæn. Lidt forvirrende at komme ind når man checker ind - men sørg for at download WhatsApp og hav kontakt til receptionen dér. De var hurtige til at hjælpe og forklare forskellige ting. Man kan opbevare sine kufferter i receptionen til venstre for lejligheden, indtil man kan checke ind kl 15. Elevatoren virker ikke. Der er meget lydt i lejlighederne, så du kan høre når naboerne skyller ud osv. Og derudover høre meget af, hvad der foregår ude på gaderne. Men hvis det ikke generer en, så er det et fint sted at sove.

The elevator was broken,the range was broken the bed had a hole in it and the staff? Not much help at all had to walk up 4 flights of stairs we are over 65. EXPIDIA DOES NOT HAVE OUR BACK.

Awful experience

Awful! Somebody entered our apartment at 1am with a key card, said they'd been told this was their apartment. They had been remotely told to go and get the master key from a lock box and given our apartment number. Staff were not concerned just said sorry it was a mix up in rooms. Staff also tried to blame the other guests saying it was their fault they entered the room. Also, no staff on site when the master card given out. No check-in information sent prior despite booking stating they would contact 24hrs before. Arrived at 1pm after receiving an email where to check in and my apartment number. Returned at 3pm for check-in, room had not been cleaned since the previous guests (dirty beds, alcohol bottles etc) staff told us to go out or to wait with the cleaner in the dirty apartment around them cleaning. Cleaner arrived as we did. Couldn't get into our apartment until 4pm. Building door code is unreliable and we were stranded outside at 11pm waiting another guest to come out so we could get in, contacted the host and did not get an answer. Bathroom had bugs in the shower and was unclean. Staff were unprofessional. Building itself is very old and rundown - lift is broken, staircase is dark with no light. The apartment doors do not have an internal lock, if the master card is given out anyone can enter. Never known an apartment to give out the master card to guests. Also states housekeeping everyday, nobody came to clean the room/ change towels.

The appartment inside was good, clean. But the appartment complex was not nice. The garbage was kept inside the building so going up the stairs to the appartment was not pleasant. The instruction to get in the building when cheking in after hours can be better. We were trying for 45 min before we got in. The wifi was very poor also.

Was met ontbijt voor 4 dagen, maar hadden 3x ontbijtcoupons gekregen. Reactie van hun was dat ze het snel zouden oplossen, maar helaas. Op zich was het een prima verblijf voor een paar dagen Budapest.

L'appartement est comme sur les photos, mais nous n'avons pas reçu les indications pour rentrer dans l'immeuble et récupérer la clé. Nous avons du appeler à plusieurs reprises pour au bout d'une heure pouvoir rentrer dans le bon appartement. J'avais pourtant bien préciser en amont notre heure d'arrivée.

Clean and modern room. Central location, everything was easily walkable to but also has good transport links nearby. The shower pressure and heat was also good. Bathroom smelt musty. No complementaries such as water, tea etc. We had no remote to the TV, asked twice and still recieved no remote. Ceiling in the bedroom is very low and easy to hit your head, the stairs are also very steep and dangerous as there are no railings on both sides. Sofa bed was uncomfortable and lumpy. Pillows were flat. The lift didn’t work. Chairs in the room were very uncomfortable, there is only 1 mirror in the whole apartment which is in the bathroom, no full length mirror. The room is also smaller than expected, the pictures make it look a lot bigger than it is. There are also bins in the entrance which are very smelly and no lights so it is hard to see at night time.

I had to check in late and had trouble getting into the building because the keypad outside did not work. The elevator was broken. Then the hvac didn’t work because there were no batteries in the controller. WiFi did not work. Tv did not work. After hours support couldn’t help much with the issues…

Wij hebben een heerlijk verblijf van 4 dagen gehad met mijn gezin. Het appartement was super schoon en luxe ingericht. Complex met een kitchenette De service en vriendelijkheid was toppunt! Het appartement ligt op een goed locatie voor winkels, restaurants etc.. je kan ook makkelijk lopen naar alle bezienswaardigheden, wij hebben dat gedaan met een kind van 12 dus was prima te doen. Mochten we weer naar Boedapest komen is het zeker waard om terug te komen naar hetzelfde appartement.
