The breakfast provided was excellent. There was a shop called Penny's that had a small supermarket that had your essential needs. The staff was friendly. We were about 20 minutes to 25 minutes away from many of the excercursions we wanted to see. There was a gym available, but I didn't get a chance to use it. There are buses and metro train stops nearby, but I traveled with taxi during my stay. Hopefully, it would be a good improvement if there could be a way to do laundry at the hotel.

The hotel is not worth the money spent. With little extra you can stay in Marriott kind where you get better comfort. The breakfast options were very limited and very poor service. Rooms were cramped. The hotel is in outskirts. Overall thumbs down

This was a mid-priced hotel. The staff was extremely kind. The rooms are quite small, as is the bathroom. The bath was mostly clean, but this is clearly an older property. It uses a one-pipe system for HVAC, so there is either heat or air. We were there in October, so it was nice outside, but once we had to close the window for sleep, the room again became warm and stuffy. Breakfast in the morning was more than suitable….several hot items as well as pastries and breads. In all, this was what we needed at a good value, but I probably wouldn’t want to stay here for a long visit.

One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast. The variety offered was impressive, with fresh fruits, pastries, and made-to-order options that catered to all tastes. It was the perfect way to fuel up for a day of exploring! As for the accommodations, the beds were incredibly comfortable. I sank into the plush mattress and enjoyed restful nights that left me feeling rejuvenated each morning. Overall, Vitra provided a fantastic experience with its attentive staff, easy check-in, delicious breakfast, and cozy beds. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

The room was dirty when we arrived. The room didn’t have toilet necessary’s like schampo or dental kit like it said on the website, and when we asked the staff they just said no no no. The staff was in general not nice and didn’t have a service mind. On the website it said they would have a gym but it was just a small room with two machines. The room was dirty and worn out as well

Looks can be deceiving!

The room was hot due to Air Con not operating. The bathroom sink had a number of cracks on it, the shower base was very grubby & the veneer on the toilet seat was peeling off it. When I plugged in my charger for my phone, the electricity in the room blew, so we had to get assistance from reception. Once reset, none of the sockets worked. They did offer us a change of room, however by that point we were really tired from the journey & also had unpacked.

Terrible service. the hygiene of the rooms was disappointing, dirt under the bed, empty wine bottles in the wardrobes, pillows with dirty linings, the bathroom not sanitized. the thermoregulator to regulate the heating did not work. In three days, the room was never cleaned nor were the towels changed. the various requests for cleaning were not accepted. breakfast buffet, replenishment was not available. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this hotel 👎

Positives: Essen war für mich gut , gesundes Auswahl , kleineres Parkmöglichkeit , Einkaufsmöglichkeit bei Penny und U-Bahn auch mit Fußweg 10min entfernt. Negatives: 1 Stunde auf Rezeption warten ohne Hallo oder Sorry. Nach 2 Gäste hat die Junge Dame die wieder auf 20Min weggegangen. War ich schon fast bei 200 Hotel aber so unhöflich war noch niemand bei Rezeption. Hier komme ich sicher nie zurück.Angeblich Check In Zeit bei Hotel und Expedia stimmt auch nicht.
