Location was excellent, very closed to the train station and subway to anywhere in the city. Staffs were Okay. You need to request for slippers and shower caps, as it is not in the room by default. We booked this hotel last minute and paid higher price. Hotel is 3.5 stars in my book.

Really Nice Hotel. Was clean, welcoming and staff friendly. We arrived early with the intention of just dropping off luggage but were accomidated and checked in early. Room was good size, good ammenties. One downside was the aircon didnt work. Given its location which is right next to a main transport hub, noise can be heard throughout the day and night. Property was easy to locate and nice location near to everything including great transport links including trams buses metro and train station.

Great facilities and food- but queues!

Great hotel superby situated and with lovely rooms. Ideal for Keleti station. Buffet breakfast great srlectipn and good quality hot and cold food. Coffee excellent. I would suggest that layout of buffet is changed. Currently large queues form for bread/pasteries but the pile of plates is after the counter causi g many problems. Porridge and fruit is along the rear, but spoons only available in far corner. Needs better logic to speed the large queues from several coach tours.
