The kind manager greeted me right away and he went beyond the call of duty to show me room options and explain everything clearly. The room was fine for my overnite stay. I rested well and the location was very convenient for my birding activities in the Brownsville area. No complaints from me.

The bed sheets were dirty, the bath tub had hairs all over, & the owners (front receptionists) had the worst customer service. They constantly surveillance you to look for any excuse to charge you more. The owners migrated here from India, and their English is hard to understand. Do not trust them with your credit card information!

Pay the extra money for a good hotel

The staff were wonderful and kind. The hotel it self was disgusting. We had people hanging outside of our room all night being loud.
