This was a cute place to stay! It is a little dated, but it adds to the charm. The room was clean and we were a short drive to several restaurants and shops. I would only like to recommend that they put a small coffee maker in the rooms and maybe update the heating system (it's a wall radiator)

The rooms were old and definitely need upgrading but they were exceptionally clean. The beds were comfortable and it was peaceful. A coffee pot would be nice. For convenience there is an excellent restaurant and bar right next door. I would stay here again.

This was my first vivit to Brookings and it is a very nice town. The owner, who checked me in, was great and really made me feel welcome. I definitely liked the covered parking. That would come in very handy when it rains.

Cute older motel. They have tried to keep it up but it is just an older motel. Cheaper furniture but the bed was comfortable. Sheets were poor quality and rough feeling. Owners were very nice but the office was smelly. They allow dogs but there is no place to take them to go potty.

Parking was right at the door! Room was very clean. Towels were white, not dingy. Looked to be new towels. Staff have always been friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable although the metal frame creaked, (not all rooms have the metal frame bed). Would definitely stay here again.

I was really disappointed with this hotel. I didn’t expect much with the low price, but I wish we had stayed somewhere else. There was a broken down van outside our bathroom window, and the reception area needs a good cleaning. My biggest issue was how thin the walls were. We could hear the next room talking, digging around in ice in their cooler, and even the buttons on the microwave. I would definitely stay somewhere else next time.
