Ive been in 3 dozen hotels in 8 months, this is the best one. Goid internet. Beautiful view and the biggest parking spaces i have ever had. Dog friendly and well managed. I could stay here for a month easily. Several good Mexican restaurants near by. Subway, KFC Grocery Outlet are all close. My dog looves it here!

I stay here about 4-5 times a year when I'm in Brookings for business. It's nothing fancy but is very clean and quiet. A very good value for it's low cost.

We've stayed at this hotel several times. Typically, clean and comfortable with decent price for what you're getting. This time. We had some problems at check-in that took an hour of my time between the online agent at hotels.com and the front desk of the facility. We were able to work it out. Overall, a little displeased this trip. But hey, everybody has a bad day. Coffee pot didn't work. Only one bath towel in bathroom.

Typical motel room, very worn and bed super old

Ran to the coast for a quick trip. Didn't want to spend a ton but would have been worth spending a little more and getting a better hotel. Check in was super easy. Room was ok not super clean but nothing too icky. Room was large but bed seemed super old and definitely not comfortable. Hotel was very empty which was nice so not too noisy. The photos aren't very accurate, which I kind of expected. Room was very worn, could use some touch up and deep cleaning. Towels were tiny and only two in the room. Overall not bad if your just passing through and need to sleep but not all that comfy

Thos is my best reconendation for anyone on a budget. Place is quiet rooms are very clean all aminities. If you have to budget your looking at five star accomodations for 3 star prices. Just be ware all the motels in town place $150 hold on yiur card like a deposit. Un till check out they see your room

wont stay there again!

the room was not clean by far. floor had not even been swept in some time. bathroom floor had dried spots that were not sure what in multiple places. fridge was unclean. curtains need washed very badly. sheets were very stained and appeared not clean. bathroom only provided two towels with no wash or hand towels, mind you i stayed for four nights. i bring my own linen and some towels when i travel so that wasn't too much of an issue.

I wouldn’t recommend this property . Arrived at around 6:30. Checked into our room that was supposed to be a two queen room… to find out they were actually full sized beds that were as if you would be sleeping directly on the springs .The rooms had a very musky smell and the vehicles outside of the motel looked as if people maybe be living in them on the property. We decided to cut our losses and found something else in the area.
