Staff were friendly and resolved items that were missing from my room. The room itself was fine however areas of improvement: wardrobe had chipped area which should be fixed, room needs more plugs in the bedroom area as there were no plugs near the mirror in the wardrobe which means difficult to do hair. Instructions in the room on how to use the coffee machine.

Poor breakfast

Room was clean as was bathroom although a little tight between bath and toilet. Staff were helpful and pleasant. Wifi had good coverage Only drawback was breakfast . Food warm and had run out of eggs and although told would cook fresh and bring to table this didnt happen and had to waste a perfectly good plate of food as by time realised no one was bringing eggs it was stone cold and to replace. Restaurant has a great view of river.

Really like our stay. Everything was clean, nice and quite luxurious. The front desk was accommodating and friendly. We thought the room was nice but a little on the small size. No room for any kind of luggage. Loved the bathroom. One problem that the hotel can’t be held responsible for was the very noisy crowd going by our room until after 2 am. It seemed like a younger crowd coming or going across the river. Kept us up. Loved the city.

Very comfortable and excellent food. Gym opening hours limited - only open 7am to 8 pm so difficult to have a gym session before business meetings

Great hotel, good location but noisy bars nearby

The Hotel was lovely, great location in many ways. Just be aware it backs on to the water with lots of bars. We stayed on the Saturday when the students went back to Uni and it was very busy and noisy until 4am. This may have been worse than normal with the students go back.

Good central hotel, bed comfortable but room loud from road noise and taxi rank outside. AC unit randomly came on and also very loud. Shower over bath was slippery and no extra mat had been provided.

It was an excellent stay at the hotel. The staff are brilliant - so knowledgeable, helpful and polite - including catering, reception and domestic. Breakfast was superb. Loved the room and especially the location. It's why we always stay at The Bristol Hotel when in the city.
