Room for improvement

Let’s see, we check in around 8pm and go to the room, only to find out housekeeping never serviced the room after last guest checked out. Went downstairs and the nice lady was great, apologetic etc and gave us new room. We checked into that one, unpacked and we’re getting ready for bed and we see ants on the nights stand. They were coming in from the window and getting to our clothes. Another trip down stairs ( another guest on elevator also was going to complain about his unserviced room)and again the great staff was helpful and we got another room without incident, Place should do a better job inspecting rooms after checkout and service. Trust but verify

Everything was wonderful, great parking, cute pool, very nice staff. The breakfast was packed so we had to sit on the sofa to eat, we saw a touch of mold on the lamp shade. Next time I pass through this area I will stay here again

Check in was fast and easy with friendly staff. Wifi and A/C worked well. Breakfast wasn’t bad. Soap dispensers in the bathroom were empty so that could be improved. Good stay overall.

After a long day on the road this hotel was a welcome relief. A very nice young woman checked us in and even gave us alternate directions for when we left which we did take and are very glad we did. Our room was clean and quiet. We appreciate the room darkening shade and coffee pot. We used both! Water pressure in the shower is great but the tub floor is a bit slippery..be careful.
