Clean and comfortable room and facility. 10 year old enjoyed the pool. The only downside was the breakfast didn’t have very many options. We ended up getting breakfast out. Employees were friendly and helpful . Good experience

I had confirmed reservation for two queen beds. Was told none were available and I had to get one King bed. My husband and I are both restless sleepers so I had specifically wanted two beds. They said because I had booked through a third-party. I was at the bottom of the totem pole and FA Fairfield member wanted that queen room they would get it. I was not happy. They did reluctantly give me my confirmed price. Also, I counted 22 outlets in the room, but I could not find one USB port in the king suite and sadly did not have my adapter with me.

Nice stay!

Great hotel for a quick overnight stay. We enjoyed the breakfast bar. Pool area looked nice but we weren't there long enough to enjoy it. The beds were comfortable and the room was overall clean.

The hotel was fine, but to charge us $7 a day for parking in an open lot that was not full and not tell us about it in advance seems pretty crappy. Don't offer me the free breakfast... just let me park.

When we arrived at the hotel the power was out. Hurricane Helene had hit. Although we had called ahead to be certain everything in Abingdon was safe and okay before going, the power was still on at that time so no one could know that shortly that would no longer be the case. We had to carry luggage up pitch black stairs. No help from anyone on staff. We were told breakfast would be served the next morning, regardless of the circumstances. That was not true. No offers were made to discount the rate, to adjust for the lack of power and a/c, to even address it in any way. The key cards were just handed over. I am certain the staff was in distress trying to adjust to the situation, but the absolute lack of assistance or concern or even an offer to adjust the hotel rates under the circumstances was unexpected.
