Check in was fast, to fast. Steps were missed and we were not only charged the full price for our stay the hotel also took additional charges each day 300+ a day yes they were temporary holds but it shouldn’t have happened if they had just slowed down at check in. The carpet needs to go it’s musty smelling, the bed was comfortable and clean it needs new pillows though. The bathroom was overall clean but we went and bought shower shoes as the bottom of the tub was pealing and looked like someone had pooped in it. Replace the bathtub. The doors were peeling around all of the edges like they had been chewed on. We went down for breakfast the first morning and there was urine and some poo from someone’s dog in the elevator. I advised the front desk. We decided against eating there after that. Next morning same thing. Our cards stopped working at some point and I had to go back down to have them fixed, the guy at the desk didn’t even ask for my name or any information other than the room number and he just handed me new key cards…that was scary. Checkout was crazy because of all of the extra charges on our card. The front desk staff was amazing, but we were worried about letting the cleaning staff in because of the conversation we overheard in the parking lot about guest rooms when they clean them. Over all we will not be staying there again and I would not recommend them to anyone. Travelocity will be made aware that the pictures posted on their site are not what you get.

The rooms are nice. Staff is kind and very helpful. Need different shower curtains or rods is my only complaint. The curtain does not fit the length of rod and it slides down on rod leaving a big gap near shower head.

The hotel looked like it was recently renovated. Everything in our room from floor to ceiling looked new and very clean. It’s rare to find such a well kept hotel at such a good price. The beds were also very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.
