Great location, fabulous rooftop pool. Nice area with great amenities, lovely walk nearby along Norman Creek. Rambla seems to occupy 2 floors in a 18 storey apartment complex. It was a little tricky to locate the main entry and if you don’t like tech you might not enjoy the solely online checkin/checkout process and digital room key room system. The communal areas felt tired and the apartment itself felt the same. Cleaning was poor… the dishwasher had putrid water in the bottom and staff did not resolve this issue or communicate well about it during my stay. Generally the apartment did not appear to be thoroughly cleaned or well maintained. Rooftop spa has rim of scum around tiles. Overall impression… pictures better than reality.

The room was good value for money and I have just a few comments overall. - The entry system (app that you have to download to acess the property) was really bad on my android (Samsung S22). It would take around 6 min to be able to open the door to the building, then another 6 mins to activate the elevator and another 6 mins to open your room door. I expected a much easier way to move around the property, but my gf's iphone worked much better, so don't know if it's a app issue or phone issue. - Cleaning of the room could have been better as the bathroom had dirty areas on the floor and majority of the surfaces liked really dusty (under the bed hasn't seen a hoover in about 5 weeks). - Location was really convenient as the apartment is located on top of a big supermarket (Woolworth) and loads of dining options. - I thought of paying for parking before arriving but good that I didn't as there are loads of free parking around the hotel (3 blocks away is probably the furthest you might have to walk). You can leave your suitcases in the underground parking area and take it up to your room, as the building provides 2 hours free parking, then drive to a nearby street and leave your car there. If you can't be bothered then just pay the $20 per day which it's that bad as well. - Worth noting that buses in Brisbane cost $0.50 (I know, very cheap), so we left the car the whole trip parked and used the public system. Overall good value for money.

Traffic noise problem

Impossible to get a good night sleep. Inadequate traffic noise reduction a major issue for us. Why did the developers not use triple glazing. Visually a nice hotel.

We had a great stay at this aparthotel, it was very well located - only a few bus stops from South Bank and easy to get into the CBD. The apartment itself was clean, modern & very comfortable. The best part was the rooftop pool, hot tub, steam room & sauna, with an amazing view of the Brisbane skyline. Highly recommend!

Woolworths close by. Stayed for 4 nights and room wasn't serviced once. Where you take rubbish to disposal chute was very unpleasant - there was a very overpowering and sickening smell (not from rubbish).
