Location was good, room simple but a bit run down. Some lights flickering/not working. Couch very old and worn. TV simple (not a smart tv) so couldn’t connect for streaming. Bed comfortable and appeared clean. Staff mild mannered. Very basic accomodation.

Room could have been a lot cleaner. The rim underneath the toilet seat was not clean. There was mould under the lid of the kitchen bin. The cushions on the lounge were old and had signs of mould on them. The lounge was very old and worn. For a Premium Apartment it was extremely disappointing. Communication from property wasn't great. Parking and location was good.

Nice location, but need love.

The location was amazing, walkable for downtown. The space in the apartment was very nice. The property needs renovations…. Carpets were stained… Some of the kitchen tools and pans were dirty. Wifi was very poor!!

Location to hospital was good which was our primary consideration. However, the unit we stayed in was old and needed a good clean, especially the bathroom which had mold in and around the shower. Not very good value for money in my opinion.

I have stayed at Spring Hill Mews many times over past 5years and I seen it go down hill due to limited maintenance. I stayed in Apartment 21 this time, the shower & bathroom basin dripped constantly and couldn't be turned off, the only way to stop the toilet leaking with a loud rumbling sound was to turn the inlet off, then back on when using it. My bed smelt dusty as if it had been prepared weeks ago and then not used. I doubt I will use Spring Hill Mews again, it is showing its age and lack of maintenance and has slipped from 3.5 star to 2 star. Its big bonus is it's free secure parking.

Not far walk from Roma station. Its a steep walk up and down the street. Not convenient if you have lots of luggages. Close to bus stops so can take the Spring Hill Loop free bus to Queen St mall. Overall property was clean. Not enough kitchen bench space for cooking. Staff were friendly and let us check in early and let us keep our luggage in the office after check out.

I would strongly recommend staying here if you ever feel like a change from living in motels or hotels. It's always nice to have a kitchen and washing facilities of your own and you get what you pay for.
