A decent spot in the Brisbane CBD and conveniently close to the Roma Street station, if you are traveling to/from the Airport via Airtrain. The rooms were comfortable, but property maintenance isn't great, so it's starting to feel a little shabby. Nonetheless a decent option for the price.

The bar had no ice premade, the fridge was cold, the walls of the room were dirty, and the staff were less than attentive. They did not greet me upon entry or check out, and waited for me to get their attention, after standing at the check in/out desk for multiple minutes.

The room and staff were really good - great bed, clean quiet room but.....on leaving I found that my credit card had been charged an extra 2 times. One lot was refunded immediately (6 hours) but still waiting on the second lot.

We had great experience here… rooms are clean, staffs and management are very friendly and supportive. Highly recommended for them who want to stay in city as this is very close to shopping centres and all necessities.

Room 602 was not good. 2 single beds facing each other, not a lot of room and the air-conditioning had no control to change the speed. The person in front of the aircon froze and the person behind the aircon felt like a sauna. Stayed from Fri to Wed and the room was cleaned only once, but the beds weren't even changed. Asked for toilet paper but had to go down to reception and ask for it a third ime.
