Fully furnished: includes Linen, Iron, fridge, washing mach, TV, and all other basic Kitchen apps. , High Speed Wi-fi, Walk in Robe. Aircon, ceiling fans. Internal laundry. Renovated bathroom. Very secure. Offstreet parking in driveway. 3km to CBD and easy access to bike paths, train and buses.
The Quaint & Cozy 1 Bedroom Apartment is a 20 minute walk to the University of QLD and a 10 minute walk to the PA Hospital. It is only a 10 minute drive to the CBD. The space is fully self contained with its own kitchen and bathroom. There are no shared spaces. The apartment is nestled in the front of a large traditional timber queenslander home. There is a shared wall with the adjacent apartment at the back of the house which is also listed on airbnb.
The 1 Bedroom Apartment is self-contained and is accessed via its own fully secure entrance. An undercover parking facility is also available.
