The rooms etc are excellent, the only issue we had that the sound proofing could be better, we had a problem with the local building works pile driving very early in the morning, I do think that the Cllix staff should make guests aware of the possibility of early morning disturbances. We were moved to block 3 from block 2 but the noise was still an issue, we cancelled the second leg of our holiday in Brisbane one & went to another Apartment complex.

Overpriced and poor communication on carparking

Significantly overpriced for what you recieve. -Upgraded my room to get parking to find out on checkin that I still need to pay for parking because I booked through a third party. So wasted more money. - Finding checkin was a nightmare and poorly signposted. -Once inside the building, it's still confusing to navigate. -They make you take your rubbish with you or you get fined - That's lazy cleaning. Rooms feel dirty and need a good paint. -Cupboards weren't cleaned and king bed is a lie. -The beds and pillows are terrible quality and 2 singles jammed together that you fall into the cracks of - That's not a king bed. - View's arent anything great. You're looking at industrial factories - pool is smaller than photos make you believe. - intercom call at 6:54am for some strange reason. Person said hi and nothing else. Woke me up unnecessarily on a day I wanted to sleep in. Very disappointed.

What let the apartment down was the mattress and pillows...did not suit. Pillows too high and mattress too springy and could feel the other side when moved. Like the location and could use the washing machine and dryer.
