Room was fine however very unorganised and hard building complex to navigate. Staff were incompetent. Must of walked around the block to the main lobby of building 1 complex 5 times to talk to staff in the building 1 lobby as building 3 (where my room was) didn’t have staff or the staff couldn’t help with what I needed. Completely complicated set up and certainly not ideal as I have a knee injury and don’t appreciate having to walk up a hill and around the block with all

The room was tidy but not cleaned. There were coffee mug stains on the side tables, rubbish under the bed and dirty cups in the cupboard. Our power tripped; turning the fridge off. Luckily we noticed and were able to turn it back on before our food spoilt. I called the apartments 1 month before I stayed to discuss access for my disabled mother. I was very disappointed when I could not access the lift for our building from the car park without using stairs; and their suggestion was to make my disabled mother walk out of the garage to the building's entrance in the rain. She also could not enjoy the pool with us; as access from tower 3 to the pool was under construction and there were no other stair free ways to take her to access this area.

Nice place but attention to detail lacked. The room had food items left in the microwave and oven making the room smell poor. The rubbish shute had jammed as well making the whole floor smell.
Great place to stay, was upgraded when i got there and they let me check in early (11am) everything was walkable. Around 15 mins to Uptown shopping district. Overall great place to stay. Nice and easy no stress
When we arrived we where upgraded to an amazing 2 bedroom, my only puck is their weren't any tea, coffee, or bar supplies.

Check in went well, friendly fast and efficient. One room had not been vacuumed as there were nail clippings on the carpet. Check out was simple, we just left our keys in a drop box.
it was good experience with CLLIX first time, only thing that bothers me was parking charges too much lol its my perspective. when we walked in apartment it wasn't clean that much as expected we can see on the floor, maybe someone did the job too quick, never mind we had clean anyway. staff was good with detail info.
I have noticed few of the ppl get their mates in the evening when reception was closed, not sure it's safe or not but...
We really enjoyed our stay! Our only complaint is the clogged sink in the bathroom.
The roof top views were amazing. We ended up having a bbq :)

Room was good except for us being older there wasn’t anywhere very comfortable to sit. Two bar stools and two sling back chairs low to the ground. Even the balcony furniture was low.
Terrific apartment - nice and comfy with all amenities. Great location. As close to a negative that we could think of were:
1. Carparking - it's easy to get lost amongst the various levels and towers and the lifts.
2. Sauna - is a dry sauna which is not as good as a steam or wet type.
3. The door threshold to/from the bathrooms has a high step that we thought was dangerous (trip hazard, stub your toe). We notified the management and recent a response that it would be investigated.
