Despite some technical issues beyond their control I got a call to advise me, to offer me an alternative room with a sea view and 50% refund for any inconvenience. Excellent customer service and relaxed vibe - my daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our bedtime cocktail in the cocktail bar too - I can recommend the expresso martini!
