We have been trying to connect Expedia , we called when we were there and still have not heard back from you. The rooms had no a-c, were filthy, and the bed was full of bed bugs that bite us up. We arrived in the evening spent a few hours and checked out as soon as the sun came up. We paid for multiple days. Please send us a refund, as we had to stay in another hotel.

Super ferie i idylliske Brenzone

Fantastisk udsigt, fra lejlighed og pool. Stille område, men alligevel tæt på restauranter mv. Fin lejlighed og gode senge, Alt i alt en SUPER oplevelse, vi kommer gerne igen.

Beim Check-in gab es kein freundliches Wort, kein "herzlich Willkomen" oder "hatten Sie eine gute Reise"? Nichts dergleichen ! Das Gleiche bei der Abreise. Keine Frage ob es gefallen hat, keine "gute Reise".nichts. Kein freundliches "Buongiorno oder Hallo" vom Manager der öfters an uns vorbei ging. Die Ausstattung spartanisch. Kühlschrank hat kaum gekühlt, und die Klimaanlage ging so gut wie gar nicht. In der Nacht als es am heißesten war, ist sie dann auch noch total ausgefallen.Dafür gab es große Hinweisschilder, das es verboten ist Getränke, die nicht im Hotel gekauft wurden, zu verzehren. Davon stand aber nichts in den Hotelrichlinien auf der Buchungsseite. An der Poolbar sollten einige Kleinigkeiten zum Essen angeboten werden. ( Ausser Spaghetti) Denn es ist weit und breit nichts wo man etwas kaufen könnte. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr überschaulich. Immer die Gleichen zwei Sorten Wurst, ein Sorte Käse, Rühr-oder gekochtes Ei und ein süßes Teil. Aber man wurde satt und es wurde immer alles nachgefüllt. Nur den Hinweis, das man es bezahlen muss, wenn man etwas ausserhalb des Hotels mit nimmt, hätte man sich sparen können. Aber der Gardasee ist wirklich sehr schön und die Umgebung großartig, wofür das Hotel aber nichts kann, und man deshalb wohl nicht um Gäste buhlen muss. Unter dem Motto, " Kommst du nicht wieder, kommen andere". Wir kommen bestimmt nicht wieder.

Leuk hotel strak aan het Gardameer

Leuk hotel gelijk aan het Gardameer, we zouden een kamer krijgen aan de berg kant maar hadden een kamer met uitzicht op het meer. Heerlijke tijd gehad en ga binnenkort nog een keer voor een paar dagen.

Mycket fint och vackert läge.

Fint ställe, bra rum med terrass. Dålig belysning i badrum, trasiga lampor ! Ingen värme, fuktigt i rummet. Fint poolområde med vacker utsikt, Gardasjön på andra sidan vägen. Mycket trappor utomhus !

Inget hotell för barnfamiljer, en pool där man inte får ha några leksaker eller bollar. Ej heller föra någon typ av väsen. Hotellet har tider där det skall vara tyst. Ingen AC. Det är tre km till närmaste by. Det enda positiva är utsikten från balkongen. Vi kommer inte hit igen.

Nicht mehr neu aber sympatisch und super Ausblick

Hotel/Apartments und Anlage (Pool etc.) sind nicht mehr neu aber basierend auf der Preis/Leistung ist es aus unserer Sicht sehr empfehlenswert. Es war sauber und in den Apartments stand alles zur Verfügung (Herdplatten, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Geschirr, Kaffeemaschine usw.). In manchen Bewertungen wurde die Klimaanlage bemängelt, allerdings gibt es da nichts zu bemängeln, es gibt einfach keine außer einem Ventilator im Schlafzimmer. Dafür hat man ein angenehmen Ambiente mit Parkplatz in direkter Nähe zu dem Apartment. Die Preise der Poolbar sind für einen Tourismus Ort wirklich ok (Cappuccino am Pool für 1,80 Euro!) . Was etwas nervig aber weniger relevant war ist, dass WLAN zwar kostenlos und gut empfangbar war, aber das Internet entweder sehr langsam war oder nicht ging.

Lage zu weit weg von egal welchem Zentrum. Ohne Auto ziemlich langatmig. Appartement s ziemlich hoch am Berg und nur mit bisschen Mut zu erreichen. Sonst alles relativ abgewohnt und älter, keine Klima nur ein Lüfter an der Wand. Kochplatten die kaum heizen... Aber sonst Oktober

Nur eine minute bis zum Badesteg

Hotelmitarbeiter sind sehr auf Ruhe im Hotel und am Pool bedacht, was sehr angenehm war. Reserven liegen im Angebot am Abend etwas zu essen. An der Poolbar war das "Snackangebot" nach wenigen Tagen ausverkauft und neue Ware war erst in einigen Tagen zu erwarten, war schade, denn die Mitarbeiterin war sehr freundlich und kompetent.

Wir bekamen ein Apartement ganz oben auf dem Berg und hatten einen fantastischen Ausblick auf den Gardasee und mit Aussicht auf den Sonnenuntergang! Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und konnten sogar spontan verlängern.

Utrolig udsigt og dejlig lejlighed og pool.

Utrolig smuk beliggenhed. Højt over Gardasøen. Udfordrende tilkørsel til vores lejlighed, der lå øverst med en mageløs udsigt. Det var heldigvis muligt at parkere ved hotelindgangen og gå op til lejligheden.
