Booked hotel 10 weeks before the stay specifically so I could use the pool and hot tub for my health condition. 4 days before arriving (1 day AFTER penalty free cancellation), I noticed they posted on their web site the pool & hot tub would be closed for the next 4 weeks (starting a few week before we arrived). When I asked at the front desk when they posted that noticed she said beginning of the month. Letting those with reservations aware of the change should occurred via email. At a minimum a little more notice would have been nice. Otherwise the stay was good.

Hospitality was amazing and super friendly. Pool and hot tub area was immaculate. Room is spacious and neat. The hallway carpets smell like mildew though.

The hotel was clean and staff were helpful. The breakfast was better than average and they have 24 hours hot coffee and tea. The pool and hot tub were closed which was a disappointment. A pipe burst in our bathroom in the middle of the night, but the staff were quick to get us a new room and were credited for a nights stay. Overall, a good place to stay in the area.

The front desk staff were great! Free breakfast was ok and one staff Eleanor was excellent. She was friendly, nice, and a professional. She is an asset! The room had comfortable beds, the refrigerator and microwave was a plus! The only issue was that there was no room service and bedsheets were never changed for the duration of our stay. I had to ask for towels, and had the garbage emptied. Eleanor was the only person who vacuumed, cleaned the bathroom, and emptied the garbage when I requested. I was told that if we stay inside the hotel room, they go t do room service . The swimming pool was not functional but at least the fitness center was ok. The place was clean and the complimentary daily cooked was very good!

They took my $$, then denied my daughter access to the room I had booked under her name because her travel was delayed and she arrived at 12:23AM. They then wanted her to pay for the room again and not refund me. Jordan at Expedia says they have now agreed to refund me for the error, we shall see

Very rude manager hidden fees of 300 dollars at check in pool was down construction on facility no working kids was disappointed threw us out because I asked question about the hidden fees and wouldn’t answer questions. She got upset when I mentioned laws for hotel about posting fees then she threw us out

I have no problem with the hotel. I have a problem with Expedia and the booking. I asked for a government rate and was not given it but was told I would pay at the hotel and would get the rate then. They told me no I only get the rate charged by Expedia. I will not book through Expedia again.

I booked through hotels.com. I had no idea that when I was arriving the hotel would be under construction. we showed up early and the room wasn't ready which was fine, but after 4pm the room still wasn't ready. nobody could give me an idea of when the room would be ready and had to wait another 45mins in the lobby before getting in to my room. After the first day the keys didn't work, my wife was upset when going to the desk to get the key fixed, the employee was rude and after getting back into our room we proceed to hear an employee mocking her directly outside our room. I also was unaware that the hotel next door had been turned into a homeless shelter, seemed a little expensive for all the homeless foot traffic sharing the driveway.
