We love the property but the parking availability at night was awful and we wish the pool hours for Friday and Saturday were longer. Also wish the bar was open late to enjoy, closing at 5 doesn’t allow for much usage of that amenity.

Our heater broke in the middle of the night of our first stay, it got down to 60 degrees in the room before it was repaired the next day. We weren’t offered any type of compensation or anything other than the repair man said he was sorry. Pretty disappointing as it made for a pretty miserable first night/morning there.

There was a $50 activity fee that we had to pay when we got there. Did not know this until after I paid the bill. Also I asked for 2 queen beds and we had 1 queen bed and a sleeper sofa. We are seniors and that was a little hard to navigate. The jet tub was extremely hard for us to get into to take a shower.
