Room is spotless, bathroom tiny, glad I'm not overweight anymore. It's one night, of course, when was the last time anyone ate in the patio outside OShays December 27th? Beautiful night. I'm absolutely more than happy with the room. Check in was flawless. Thx Expedia, happy travels!

Check-in and check-out was quick and the front desk staff was very friendly. Hotel is a great location for visiting the landing. Rooms were a little dated, but everything was clean and worked. Bed was comfortable too.

This was my 2nd time staying here in the last few months and both times booked through hotels.com. This time presented some issues at check in. I booked 2 rooms through hotels.com for my and my girls to go down to the landing for a night. At check in they said they only had 1 room in my name. The guy at the desk immediately acted like my reservation was more work because he had to verify my reservation through a 3rd party website. His words. I advised I booked 2 rooms, showed him the email and that I only had 1 reservation. He then told me he couldn't help me. I needed to reach out to Expedia or hotels.com that if I would have booked through them directly I would be entitled to customer service. WOW. He apparently had to do something else and left the desk. The other lady at the desk was more friendly, helped me try to figure out what happened because the only option was chat and I was just standing there waiting to get through to someone, basically one of the rooms came over in my daughters name because I had to list who was going to be in the other room. Our rooms ended up not being together because they came over with different names. Street side is loud but they do have ear plugs in those rooms.

The staff was very friendly! Breakfast was fresh and delicious. Only complaint is the road. Traffic was loud. Everything else was outstanding, including offering Santa for their young guest.

The staff was very friendly and very accommodating. For some reason our key card locked up and we couldn’t get in our room so the receptionist had to bundle up and use a regular key to get us in. She was freezing, but she smiled the whole time. And then it took only about 10 minutes for the maintenance man to come fix it for us. Great service!

The property was not handicapped accessible. Our room was clear at the end, parking was at an angle, interior was awful the floors were coming undone, construction started before 8:00 am and was noisy all day. Not relaxing at all.

Check in and check out staff was great. Rooms are run down for the cost. Carpet ripped up, bedding and shower curtain stained. Front door does not seal at all. Molded calking in shower. Great location though for the landing.
