Hotel Smell like dog poop, cheap mattress from a third world country, one small cockroach in my room, no water no coffee no breakfast, front office not open at 7:30 am, night worker not helping. The worst hotel I ever stayed at. I should get a refund. This hotel is not worth over $100.00 a night. It should be $35.00 a night

No amenities at all, the water in shower was like warm, the shower spout fell off and couldn’t be replaced and the water would not turn off, not even a plastic cup was offered in the room nor coffee maker. Those were offered for a fee. No coffee in the lobby either.

I reported this building to APD and City Building Inspectors & code enforcement. None of the THREE incredibly unnecessary, heavy entry doors are handicapped accessible leaving check in desk impossible for someone to enter independently in a wheelchair or walker to reach front desk. They should be electric or have push button options. Same with the doors entrance into rooms. NOT UP TO CODE FOR FIRE SAFETY

My stay at this hotel was a disaster. The only good thing was the check-in experience. The toilet had no water to flush most of the time. During the early morning hours, a fire alarm went off and kept sounding for several minutes for no reason. Later, there were people arguing outside the room. Overall, it was a complete waste of money. I do not recommend it at all.

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay and the service I received. At check-in, I waited about 20 minutes before receiving my room key. I was assigned room 143, but when I entered, the room had not been cleaned and was still left from the previous guest. I returned to the front desk and waited another 20 minutes to speak with customer service. I was then moved to room 440. After taking a shower, I discovered there were no towels in the room. I had to use my own shampoo. I tried calling customer service multiple times, but no one answered. This experience was extremely frustrating and unacceptable. It was the worst hotel experience I have ever had, and it caused significant inconvenience. I would appreciate this matter being reviewed and a response provided.

It was disgusting. Spiders and spiderwebs in the tub. The tub wasn't clean. Mold all over the place, the shirt head was molded and disgusting, as were the sinks. There was trash left from previous guests. It was awful

From the moment we arrived to check in, things started going wrong. They didn't have keys for the lobby restroom. The front desk clerk seemed to be moving in slow motion, and there was a long line. After waiting for quite a while, we finally got our room, only to find the toilet was broken; the tank wouldn't fill. I went downstairs to ask if we could switch rooms or have the toilet fixed, and they told me it wasn't possible, that there were no other rooms available and no plumber on duty. The only options were to take a single room (and there were four of us) or get a refund and cancel our stay. The hallways smelled of marijuana, and the rooms looked poorly maintained and very basic for the price. The photos on the website show something completely different. ffoe for the pricewebsite show something completely different.
