I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay and the service I received. At check-in, I waited about 20 minutes before receiving my room key. I was assigned room 143, but when I entered, the room had not been cleaned and was still left from the previous guest. I returned to the front desk and waited another 20 minutes to speak with customer service. I was then moved to room 440. After taking a shower, I discovered there were no towels in the room. I had to use my own shampoo. I tried calling customer service multiple times, but no one answered. This experience was extremely frustrating and unacceptable. It was the worst hotel experience I have ever had, and it caused significant inconvenience. I would appreciate this matter being reviewed and a response provided.

It was disgusting. Spiders and spiderwebs in the tub. The tub wasn't clean. Mold all over the place, the shirt head was molded and disgusting, as were the sinks. There was trash left from previous guests. It was awful

From the moment we arrived to check in, things started going wrong. They didn't have keys for the lobby restroom. The front desk clerk seemed to be moving in slow motion, and there was a long line. After waiting for quite a while, we finally got our room, only to find the toilet was broken; the tank wouldn't fill. I went downstairs to ask if we could switch rooms or have the toilet fixed, and they told me it wasn't possible, that there were no other rooms available and no plumber on duty. The only options were to take a single room (and there were four of us) or get a refund and cancel our stay. The hallways smelled of marijuana, and the rooms looked poorly maintained and very basic for the price. The photos on the website show something completely different. ffoe for the pricewebsite show something completely different.

Everything was very old and neglected, the furniture in the room was broken and worn out, and there was a bad smell. I never saw anyone of the staff. It was very poor value for the price. I don’t recomend it

First of all the check in took more then 30 minutes the guy in the front desk took a long time for him to give me a key. Second the hallway in the entrance of the room was smelling so bad like people were smoking near by. Third inside the fridge was a little roach. Finally what top it all was that like around 11pm of Sunday a family was entering our room 326 because they had give them our room when my check out was on Monday. In the morning at 5am of the Monday when we went out to the car the roomkey was not working any more. This experience in the hotel was not good i don't usually leave bad reviews but this one was not a good experience at all. I don't recommend this hotel to no one

Not worth the price. Building wasn’t secure. Exterior doors were zip tied so that no key was required and anyone could walk in. We didn’t have a pet but were put in a hallway with pet rooms. Normally, that wouldn’t be a big deal but it smelled like a pet shop in the hallway. The listing said the beds were queens but they seemed more like doubles. We were going to stay here again next weekend but decided to stay elsewhere with more amenities and a cheaper price.

Our room had a strong musty order. Room was clean and comfortable, but the odor was bothersome. Kitchenette was not stocked with any supplies, which we were not expecting. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Great location.
