Even though we paid for pool heating it was not working upon arrival and took 3 days to fix. Ultimately, we weren't charged for the heating, but it was a downer that we couldn't use the pool/hot tub for 3 of the 5 days of our stay. Overall, it was a nice property but could use some general maintenance. Loose faucets and toilet seats. Pots and pans were dirty and had the non-stick coating peeling off. Doors missing from cabinets. A couple of outdoor lights don't work. The fountain doesn't work so there was stinky, stagnant water in it. The game room, which is pretty cool, however, is in a converted garage and along with the games they still have the open shelves with tools, paint and cans/bottles of chemicals. Not really suitable for any guests with young children. I addressed our concerns directly with the property manager and have received no response. If the maintenance/safety issues were addressed, we would stay here again as it's a great property in a great location and was big enough for my entire family.

I am usually not one to leave reviews, but this place is worth talking about. I had my 15yr old daughter with me and one of her friends, and the first comment they made as we walked in was, “this place is even better than the pictures!” I would highly recommend this place for a family vacation or place to stay. There wasn’t anything we needed that wasn’t already at or in this home. The neighborhood was quiet, and the communication with the owner made the entire process and trip incredibly easy. We will definitely stay at this home again.
