Everything was really good from the communications with the hosts & their prompt responses and the house was very pretty and had all the amenities you could want. Beautiful & peaceful setting on a canal with a dock & pool and a pool table inside. Nice floor plan with plenty of space for everyone. Will definitely stay again.

The house was very clean and very easy to move around in, especially for my elderly mother. Well stocked with all necessary supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, kitchen utensils, coffee. Bedrooms are private with comfortable. There are ample towels and washcloths available. Washer and dryer worked well and easy to use. The backyard lanai and pool area were very private and serene. Nice neighborhood and distance to AMI. I would consider staying here again.

This property and host deserve a 5 star review if not more! Everything in the listing was 100% accurate and exceeding my expectations! 10 of my girlfriends came down for a relaxing bachelorette weekend and this place is exactly what we were looking for! Clean, cute, spacious and had everything we needed. Jenny & Kenny helped with any questions we had before or during our stay, and made checking in and out a breeze. I could not recommended this property or them as hosts more!

Amazing property

The house was exactly as described. It was well maintained, the pool was great and it was FULLY stocked. Overall an amazing experience. Communication was almost immediate and very helpful with any questions we had. Thank you! If we are ever in the area again, we would book this property without hesitation.

Excellent stay (minus check-in request)

We enjoyed spending our Thanksgiving here! I went running each morning at Robinson Preserve... AWESOME! Home was both spacious and cozy at the same time. It would have been nice to have had a cable service (Spectrum) already logged in and connected, as we did not have a personal streaming service login to watch major networks and football games/parades over Thanksgiving. The pool was nice and warm and the neighborhood was nice and quiet as advertised.The only negative was during final steps for confirmation/check-in. At one point were sent a VRBO 'message' requesting the following (verbatim): "We also wanted to reach out and kindly request that you send us a selfie holding your credit card. Please make sure to show the cardholder's name and the last four digits of your credit card number. Feel free to cover the rest of the numbers. We only need the last 4 digits and the cardholder's name visible for verification purposes. You can send it to (941) 999-xxxx." I am assuming this was a personal cell phone number, but in my 20 years of renting at least 100 homes, I have never had a request for a selfie of myself holding my credit card to be sent to a random phone number. I ignored the message, as it is not VRBO protocol, and almost canceled our rental. However, things after this went extremely smooth and we truly enjoyed our stay.

Amazing!!

I will 1000% be staying here again. My family and I had the best time ever. The communication was so easy the house and location was perfect. I can not thank the property owners enough for letting us stay here. Plenty of things to do for the kids in the house as well as the adults. Thank you again for making our summer vacation one to remember look forward to staying here again!

Great home near the beaches

The home was great we loved our stay there, it was minutes from the beaches and Ana Marie Island, the pool was great and the house is very spacious with a great kitchen that is stocked with everything you will ever need as far as cooking in the home. All in all we had a great experience and would go back anytime!

Family weekend

We live in nearby Pinellas county, and our stay in Bradenton allowed us to be together - all under one roof - with pool on site and beach nearby. The Lakefront Escape house was clean and spacious; attention was given to whatever basics were needed to prepare meals was there and then some ..... We were pleased to see a high-chair in the kitchen area, even though our grandchildren are older (the granddaughters put their baby dolls in the high-chair and played). Plenty of room to be together for meals, plenty of room to be comfortable on sofas and visit, plenty of room to retreat to your bedroom for quiet time if needed, plenty of towels for swimming in the pool. We did reach out to the host saying the ice maker on the refrigerator was not "keeping up" with our demand for ice and he promptly brought over two bags of ice from Publix. We didn't ask for that, it was simply their response to our comment. Thank you for providing a clean, quality place for our families to spend a fun filled weekend.

Amazing Home - Can’t wait to go back

We loved our stay! Very comfortable for two families of 4! Had plenty of room to separate or come together. Location was very close to 2 parks and so many restaurants! Can’t wait to go back!

Fabulous Stay

What a PERFECT place to stay with family! My husband and I plus our two children stayed at this rental house for five days. We loved it there so much that we extended our stay for an extra night. Description of the property was exact and it had everything we needed. Host was on point with communication and was pleasant to deal with. Our children loved the lushes backyard and pool area. My son and husband fished a bit back river. We love that the whole area was gated and the neighbourhood was very peaceful. Definitely recommend the the stay! Family Christmas getaway

We enjoyed our stay at the house. Everything was as beautiful as pictured. Plenty of space for our party of 11. The weather was a little on the cool side and very cloudy/ rainy most of the week so I am glad we paid extra to have the pool water heated. I like my pool water warm and it was perfect! When we arrived the oven was not working but the owners had someone out to fix it that day. We needed two pack and plays but they only had one so I bought one in the area off marketplace and they reimbursed us for that which was a really nice surprise. The house is a quick 15 minutes from Anna Marie Island beaches and only 30 to Lido Key. There were plenty of cozy blankets and everything we needed to cook in for some of our meals. The only thing I can recommend would be a few more games/ toys for little ones to play with. Master bedroom is spacious and one one side of the house. The other three bedrooms are on the opposite side of the house with the bunk room and double full rooms being tucked away behind the walkthrough office. This worked well for the family members with kids since it was nice and quite for naps and early bedtimes. The dock is nice for fishing(we left a fishing pole at the house for future guests). Beware the latch to the gate on the back fence along the water is broken so watch children.

Fantastic Family Vacation Home

This was my first time using Vrbo, and must say this was quite fortunate to have as my first experience. Jenny was a wonderful host and is super responsive. The house was pristine, beautifully updated and maintained. It contained everything we needed for a most comfortable and relaxing stay. Bonus points on the espresso machine :) The location was great with close driving proximity to many local activities and attractions. Thanks for the wonderful getaway!
