We came at 4 which is check in and they said our room wasn’t ready- quite rudely and kinda implied that it was our fault as we had “scheduled a bunk room” which is the last to be cleaned…we did finally get in after 6 and everything was fine from then on out. I think they should’ve given us a discount.

Nice place!

Nice looking room, everything clean and high quality. Only two criticisms; room lighting, including bathroom, was very dark. Mood lighting only, no options to fully light the place up. Second issue, shower was your typical new age low flow nonsense. I like a torrential downpour in the shower. So these piddly modern money saving showers bother me.

Huge compliments to the interior designer. Receptionist were very friendly and helpful. They café immediately adjacent within the building was great food and great service. Unfortunately, the pillows were like rocks. I asked if they had any alternatives and they did not. Very disappointing for a hotel of this caliber. The housekeeping staff and maintenance staff we’re not easily identifiable not wearing any obvious motel/hotel clothing and didn’t engage even when spoken to.

Cute spot but still in launch mode

Great little stay in Bozeman. The property is quite new and still opening up (pool and fire pits weren’t ready yet) so I would recommend calling to check if these have opened before you book your stay. Overall everything was super adorable and clean. The water pressure in the shower was lower than expected and the TV reception spotty, making any live TV unwatchable. Check in was super simple and we received a fun post card and sticker, unique to the property. Would give it another shot if we are back in town one day.
