We came at 4 which is check in and they said our room wasn’t ready- quite rudely and kinda implied that it was our fault as we had “scheduled a bunk room” which is the last to be cleaned…we did finally get in after 6 and everything was fine from then on out. I think they should’ve given us a discount.

The hotel was nicely remodeled. The room was very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the lobby area . It felt like a cozy cabin. The hot tub wasn’t working and that was a disappointment:(
