Room was in good condition, but missing hand soap at one sink and body wash in one shower. Room phone did not work, and this was not addressed doing our one night stay after alerting the front desk. We ordered room service from the in room tablet and when it didn’t arrive we called the front desk (from our cell phone) and was told the kitchen was closed and the tablets were new this week and not fully set up. Also, when leaving the next morning, while the tablet informed a continental breakfast was available on the weekends, we were told the staff wasn’t there so there was no coffee or food available. For the price we paid for a 4 bed family suite, we were not impressed.

I had a great stay and can’t say enough good things about this hotel. The staff were consistently friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. Everything was smooth, the room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere made the stay easy and stress-free. I especially want to call out the valet team. I managed to lose my valet ticket, and instead of making it a hassle, they handled it with patience and kindness and got everything sorted out quickly. It could’ve been stressful, but they made it a non-issue. Excellent service all around. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it without hesitation.

I'm staying for medical procedures at MGH. you should advertise to the doctors that have patients coming in for short term. My son and I stay for my medical reasons and talking with other patients they are unhappy with Boston hotels expensive, not clean, your's is a hidden gem

I haven’t stayed in a hotel this amazing for a long while! Everything about it was perfect, the staff, the facilities, the location / we had a room with a small kitchen area for a week and it was worth it. We hardly saw any other guests, and definitely didn’t hear anyone / it was a fantastic stay, had the gym to myself and there’s laundry facilities on most floors, I honestly didn’t want to leave! I would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area. The area itself has tons of shops and restaurants and feels very safe.

This was our 2nd stay here. The room is lovely. The beds are comfy and the room is wonderful. On Sundays they have traditional Georgian food (the country) It was delicious! We loved it. I would go back even just to eat. Last time we had breakfast there and it was delicious too. The bartender was fantastic. He gave us great suggestions on the food and he worked so hard. They were so busy when we were there but we still barely waited. We will definitely stay and eat here in the future
