Staff not supportive. Couldn’t get a beach/pool towel because I couldn’t check in until 3pm and I arrived at 8am, so I figured they accommodate guess going to the beach during that time.
I was told there would be no assistance provided if the tropical stormed progressed to the point that flights are cancelled or extensively delayed and I would still have to check out at 12pm.
When I returned to the resort from the beach one evening the security person asked me my room number but didn’t ask the couple in front of me. Asking for the room number was a constant thing here like I wasn’t a guess.
The food at sapphire hotel restaurant was subpar and they have signs all over that say no leftover food or you’ll be fined 300php. There’s also no place for outside food.
The room and facility quality doesn’t look like pictures! Moldy shower.
The part that bothered me the most is I placed the do not disturb light on for no room cleaning as I am particularly. Someone came in anyway turned off the do not disturb light, folded my pajamas and placed them on the dirty stained carpeted bench then took my personal pillowcase off their pillow must’ve thought about it and put it back on inside out. When I called the front desk to inquire the receptionist was not polite. She was trying to find ways to blame me and wouldn’t let me speak. I had to ask her to let me speak. Found out I did use it correctly, so why were they in the room.
Felt totally uncomfortable the entire time!
