Experienced blackouts. Bathroom tiles from wall fell. Bathroom door and tissue location are in a very bad location/ poor standards. Buffet is good, staff friendly.

The place is very clean. Staffs are very courteous. Love the breakfast.

We were in a secluded suite at the magnolia villas and we like the quietness and the serenity. The place looks old but the amenities are modern like the bathroom and shower facilities. It would be nice if the lights are brighter and there will be outlets for charging our modern gadgets like cell phones and laptops. Make them closer to the beds and make them user friendly.

Great pools and amazing privat beach. The room is clean but has a bed smell from cleaning materials. When we told the staff about it they came and spryed a nice scent and gave us free massage which was amazing . The breakfast is good but there are not enough fans. The staff are amazing and very kind. Location is next to the mall and a few minutes drive from station 2.

Great location, beautiful beaches and friendly staffs. There were lots of construction going on and few activities were not available.

Quiet, secluded place that we have to take tricycle to go from the main gate to the white beach and city center.its not handicap/senior accessible;although staff was always there to assist us when possible.because its isolated, limited choice of restaurants. Can be tome consuming to go from one building / place like their private beach and restaurants waiting for van.sleeping area is excellent, bedsheets, cleanliness isgreat! Staff can be slow checking in and out.Needs thorough communication when booking transport to and from airport to resort. Our flight to Manila was delayed, i informed them 2 days before, on the day of our flight, no one knew about it.that's the time staff looked for van etc.addedd stress n our part.

Very friendly staff, great for couples or for people looking for a relaxing boracay experience instead of the loudness/ crowds of stations 1-3

The largest and best swimming pool was closed during our entire stay. A 2nd pool closed during our stay. The resort requires shuttle service everywhere as it is built around a golf course which could require several hours per day of your time waiting and riding in the trucks. This should be disclosed in BIG BOLD letters The resort doesn't allow experienced strong swimmers to swim or snorkel outside the swim line. So you must take a shuttle which could take 1 hour roundtrip to a place called "D" Mall. Called "D" Mall because it definitely is not an A, B, or C grade Mall. Boracay is like Tijuana Mexico trapped on a tropical island. Literally has become a polluted cesspool like President Duerte said. No way will the island be ready for sustainable tourism in 6 months. Think 1 to 2 years.

Nice hotel with a very nice golf course and six swimming pools. The breakfast buffets provide excellent food and the dinners are very good at a reasonable price.

The biggest thing about the resort is that the number of shuttles is limited so one needs to wait a while in order to get around, particularly to D'Mall.

Dear Desiree, Greetings from Fairways & Bluewater! Thank you for taking time in writing us a review. We are saddened to hear that your experience at the hotel was not up to par. At Fairways & Bluewater, we always aim to deliver a great experience and we are gutted when we don’t meet expectations. We've taken note of your experience with our bathroom fixtures and tiles and rest assured that it'll be raised to the concerned departments for corrective maintenance. Please be advised that the intermittent electricity blackout is an island-wide problem and not just in the resort but in the whole island of Boracay. We work very hard to ensure we provide the best and most memorable Fairways & Bluewater experience for each guest and we are delighted to learn that this has been manifested in your last visit. We are looking forward to your return visit and to share more memories with you. Have a lovely day ahead!

Greetings from Fairways & Bluewater. We are saddened that you did not seem to have enjoyed your time in Boracay. It is unfortunate that some of our pools were temporarily closed during your stay. There are 6 pools inside the property and we hope you had the chance to enjoy the 4 others who were open during your stay. Fairways & Bluewater is the biggest property in Boracay. To ensure that our guests get to the different locations inside the resort conveniently, we provide free shuttle service. It is unfortunate that you had to wait to catch a ride. However, we have improved this service by adding more vehicles. We hope that we would be given an opportunity to turn this experience around. It would our pleasure to provide you with a more pleasant experience. Have a great day.
