This hotel is really a mess. Very crowded, long 'truck' rides between amenities with long wait times. It takes an hour to get to the beach. Restaurants are pricey and slow. Service was mixed

Bluewater is a wonderful resort at a very reasonable price. Nice rooms, good staff. I’m not a golfer but I’m sure those who play here will appreciated the lush fairways and smooth greens. A note of caution for visitors that has nothing to do with the hotel. Make sure you allow three or more hours to get to the airport if you’re flying. I lived on Boracay for two years and never experienced the long lines at the port. They must be doing something different that isn’t working. If I didn’t ask the port personal for extra service, they were very helpful, I would never have made my flight. I had allowed two hours.

They charged me twice for the same room and they will not refund me. I don’t recommend this property unless you want them to take your hard earned money and not provide you with the product. Horrible experience wish I never stayed here.

Large facility, however 3 of the 6 pools were not open (we only booked this hotel despite being so far away from town ONLY because of the number of pools!) Buffet breakfast was terrible! We booked a room for 3 pax, and it was too small. They could not accomodate us elsewhere suitable. The shuttle bus was quick, and staff were friendly. Very good gym

The staff are the best thing about this hotel. From check-in, the clerk, I believe her name was Alyssa? Went above and beyond in service. We checked in early and she upgraded our room to a high floor with a nice view. Everywhere we went in the property we were greeted with a smile. Transport within the property was very convenient, but I wish they offered more options for shuttle outside of the hotel to D-Mall. They only offer shuttle for 3 time slots and it is only a drop off. The breakfast buffet was amazing and many of the food options changed every day of our stay. The restaurants in the property were also good but a bit pricey in my opinion. We ended up just taking advantage of the breakfast buffet but we would eat dinner near D-Mall as there were more affordable options.

Very please relaxing resort. Upon arrival. At the front gate You would have to wait for shuttle vehicle to take a 10 minute ride to the hotel. This ride is horrible you in the back of truck sitting on wood bench with speed bumps not the most pleasant experience. If you want to go don’t come back with bags they will go through them. If you have food you’re not allowed to bring in. If You have no allowed foods. The option of food onsite is extremely limited and the quality of the food is Poor. Not even store to pick up snacks you would take a ride back to the gate with a small market there, Then at check out you have sit and wait for some to check your room. And the security won’t let you leave with out clearance pas
