Nothing good about this hotel. For VIP they made me wait 4 hrs to check me in and was charging me extra to get a mediocre room. They charge for beach towel rental. Breakfast area is infiltrated by stray cats.

Experienced blackouts. Bathroom tiles from wall fell. Bathroom door and tissue location are in a very bad location/ poor standards. Buffet is good, staff friendly.
The place is very clean. Staffs are very courteous. Love the breakfast.
We were in a secluded suite at the magnolia villas and we like the quietness and the serenity. The place looks old but the amenities are modern like the bathroom and shower facilities. It would be nice if the lights are brighter and there will be outlets for charging our modern gadgets like cell phones and laptops. Make them closer to the beds and make them user friendly.
Great pools and amazing privat beach. The room is clean but has a bed smell from cleaning materials. When we told the staff about it they came and spryed a nice scent and gave us free massage which was amazing . The breakfast is good but there are not enough fans. The staff are amazing and very kind. Location is next to the mall and a few minutes drive from station 2.
Great location, beautiful beaches and friendly staffs. There were lots of construction going on and few activities were not available.
Quiet,secluded place that we have to take tricycle to go from the main gate to the white beach and city center.its not handicap/senior accessible;although staff was always there to assist us when possible.because its isolated, limited choice of restaurants. Can be tome consuming to go from one building / place like their private beach and restaurants waiting for van.sleeping area is excellent,bedsheets,cleanliness isgreat! Staff can be slow checking in and out.Needs thorough communication when booking transport to and from airport to resort.Our flight to Manila was delayed, i informed them 2 days before, on the day of our flight, no one knew about it.that's the time staff looked for van etc.addedd stress n our part.
