The room did the job and had a really comfy bed. But I found issues in the decor and also there being a problem with showering and also inside. It is very cramped when trying to take a shower, apart from this the hotel was solid and I found everything else fine.

Not a hotel for hot summers

The hotel is 2-3 stars. It was very clean, the room was a good size. BUT: the room I was given overlooked the tramstop outside on Thomas-Mann Strasse. There was no airconditioning, and with temperatures outside of c. 33C, I had a choice of a small amount of fresh air through the top of the window plus incessant tram noise from stopping and starting, or no fresh air and relative silence. It was very difficult to sleep during the first part of the night as a result. When I mentioned this to reception I was told that no airconditioning was a hotel policy, as it would double the electricity costs and reduce sustainability. My .argument that the extra electricity ciould be sourced renewably from wind or PV was ignored. Goopd breakfast (extra cost 12 Eur). .

We visited the hotel in the summer the room was so hot at night that it was really difficult to sleep, they provided a fan but it was not so helpful. The bed and pillows were not too good I woke up with a neck pain.

Very little space in the room, it was much much smaller than on the picture, no chair would fit there. During our 3 day stay the cleaning service came 3 times, but they never changed the dirty water glasses that were on top of the table on plain view. On the second day not even stain of a shoe was removed from the toilet seat, that our little daugter left there. Sheets and towels were clean, we appreciated that. The bathroom needs some kind of ventilation. It was also very small and with no air flow and more than 1 person staying in the room it gets uncomfortable. No microwave available in the hotel! I could not heat up any food for my baby, we had to search for this possibility somewhere in the city! The hotel is situated in the middle of the city, unbeatable! But.. we will probably be staying somewhere else next time

The property is great. With everything one may need. It’s clean, located in a really good area, close to everything and the most important highly secure. The staff was extraordinarily nice, friendly and welcoming. Would recommend!

nicely located at tourist area and you can walk to most of the tourist attractions. However, you have to bear with the noisy ambient and perhaps the slightly messy on the vicinity
