Great location, steps to restaurant and beach

We stayed for a last-minute couples beach getaway. It was perfect! The place had everything we needed including beach chairs, umbrella, etc. It is right next to the beach. We enjoyed walking to Doc's Beach House and Coconut Jacks for drinks and dinner. The condo was immaculately clean and organized. We were so sad to have to leave. Management was great and very responsive. Highly recommended.

The condo itself was pretty clean. They was some rust on the door of the refrigerator but the rest of the condo was clean. The two pools were very clean and never over crowded. You could walk to Bonita Beach (right across the street) the condo had beach chairs, an umbrella and a cooler which was perfect. There was a bar/restaurant right on the beach and a restaurant right next door to the condo. Not much more you would want to walk to and it would be very helpful to have a car. Fort Myers beach is a short 25 minutes drive down the road, Mercato is 15 minutes away and 5th avenue in Naples is 25 minutes away. So the Condo is in a very good location. The building that the condo is in is in need of updates. It needs a paint job inside and out and landscaping and general updates to the lobby.
