The property was absolutely beautiful, and the location was great… Easy access to get to everything …however, the host (Michael) was extremely slow at his responses - making us wait several hours or even until the next day. In order to confirm our late check out we asked to make sure that they received our deposit for the late check out and he said that it was nowhere to be found only later to them tell us yes it was, which caused great confusion the night before checkout…we also had a couple of issues with some things I needed to get in contact with him and the emergency line had no way of getting in contact with him because his phone number was not left. In addition, the rooms did not have outlets near the beds to charge our phones. Beds were comfy, kitchen was great, garage was great with access to beach supplies and accessories. Great for our dogs, as well. Just wanted much better communication!

Perfect stay

This home was amazing. We loved to pool, the community was safe and quiet. We loved having the outdoor grill, bar, tv, table so we could enjoy the pool so much.

Loved everything about this home. It is gorgeous and you can't beat the location. The pool and patio areas are where we spent about 90% of our time. My favorite experience of the whole week, was waking up to a family of river otters every morning, right outside of the lanai!The service provide by the Mike Z team was outstanding throughout as well. Definitely a place to return to.

Very very nice

Great property, and CLEAN. Safe, quiet neighborhood. Location puts everything in the area in easy reach. The pool area is super cool, and the decor was clean and modern. Check-in/check-out very simple with great communication from property management.

Beautiful place

Beautiful home and amenities. The only issue we ran into was the pool heating. Three of the days we spent at the home the pool was unusable because of the temperature. At times it was as hot or hotter than the hot tub. I tried to fix by texting with the property manager number, but I didn't get much help and tried to figure out ourselves (with help from the pool cleaner). The last day the pool got to a decent temp and we could use it. On the last day the hot tub seemed to be draining itself so we could not use that on that morning. The BBQ could use an upgrade as it did not heat up very well and the third burner didn't work. In fact the knob got extremely hot when the grill was on.

Quiet and Pleasant Location

Overall, a pleasant stay in a nice house in a nice location. The house sits on a quiet corner in a quiet neighborhood, within biking distance of beaches, restaurants and other conveniences. The house itself has recently been renovated, giving it a slightly “new” feel, although a better investment could have been made in the quality of the mattresses, which were soft and lumpy. The pool and spa were fairly new and the patio area made for a great cookout spot! The pond behind the house, just off the patio/pool area, added to the sense of tranquility surrounding the place.

Great secluded property near many nice Bonita Beach Road restaurants

This property is as listed. Very modern and clean. The outdoor area with the Hot Tub, Pool, Fire pit, swim up bar, etc. was used extensively throughout our stay. Even when it rained, we were able to used the covered area to watch TV, eat and relax. The interior of the home was also wonderful. We plan to stay here again.
