This was by far one of the best vacation homes that we have ever stayed at. They seriously thought of everything and our family had just the right amount of space so we could all enjoy ourselves. We will definitely stay here again if we return to this area.

We enjoyed Casa Bonita Florida. The home was very comfortable and inviting. The pool was relaxing and enjoyable for afternoon swims. The location was perfect to beaches, shopping and great restaurants. We will be back for another visit.

Top notch all the way! From easy, intuitive check-in (you can choose your code for all doors), to more amenities than you could imagine, fully stocked with top quality items and excellent furniture and beds, this home is so comfortable you’ll think you are at a 5* resort. Even the pool was kept at a comfortable temperature at no extra charge, and everything was super clean. Kelly is definitely a super host with excellent communication, great suggestions, an interactive digital guide book, superb organization, and always quick to respond. The two weeks went by quickly with total enjoyment. This is the best short-term rental we’ve ever stayed at.

Amazing Stay at Casa Bonita

Our family recently stayed at Casa Bonita. What an amazing experience!  The house was equipped with everything we needed and more. It was extremely comfortable and the pool/outdoor area was fantastic. The kids and adults loved the pool, games, and the outdoor sitting areas. Casa Bonita is close to shopping, restaurants, and beaches. The hosts were very responsive to any questions we had during our stay. We can't wait to return back to Casa Bonita!

Super clean and spacious

Me and my wife rented this beautiful house for a week long trip in January of 2023 and loved the quality of it and quietness of the area!Hopefully we can go there again next winter!

Another Wonderful Stay at Casa Bonita

Loved our stay so much the first time that we booked again! This home is just perfect - everything you need and so clean and tidy. Very comfortable beds and the screened in porch is just wonderful for relaxing. The hosts are on top of everything! Thanks so much for another great stay.

We had a great time in Bonita Springs. The house is lovely and was very clean. It was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities one could ask for. The owners were very easy to work with and quickly answered any questions. Will definitely rent this property again.

Needed a place to stay on the mainland while we worked on our property in Captiva as we live out of state. Beautiful home, clean, had everything we needed! Communication with the owner was excellent!

The best getaway stay!

My friends and I spent 4 days in Casa Bonita and found we never wanted to leave the house! It had everything we could’ve imagined - games, comfort, a pool, kitchenware, homey touches - truly all you could ask for. I appreciate Kelly and Dick’s thoughtfulness in making the home feel like yours immediately when you walked in. Great communication also. Will stay again!

It's Everything You Need

This home is perfect! Super clean and spacious. We enjoyed the screened in porch in the evenings. The owner is wonderful and is an excellent communicator. Loved our stay here and we booked again in a couple weeks!

Relaxing escape from Northern winter

Lots of room for a larger group. The lanai was the place to gather, providing screening around the pool to enjoy the sun and a covered area if you like shade. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils (in well labeled cabinets) so staying in and making meals was easy. There is also a grill, which we used several times! It truly was a "home away from home". Everyone loved our stay!

A Beautiful home and very well appointed in Great condition. Owners keep every part of this fine property well maintained. The saltwater pool experience was a first for us and rates a 10 out of 10. Hedge rows and lot shape provide privacy on the lanai and pool deck like you are at your own resort. The home is close to shopping and restaurants but tucked away on a quiet street with little traffic. The Turtle Club restaurant is a must visit for a special meal On The Sand with the surf steps away.Two gorgeous beaches are a short drive, Barefoot Beach and Lovers Key. The whole house is organized so well that you feel at home right from the start. The kitchen is already equipped with any supplies and gadgets you need. They even bumped the pool temp up a few degrees when I asked the Pool Boy! Kelly was available by text for the few questions I had and responded promptly. This home and the owners are definitely Top Shelf.

Beautiful property: very clean and well maintained. Owner makes every effort to make your stay comfortable. And, they promptly answered any questions. All necessary amenities are in great condition including a wonderful salt water swimming. Beds are very comfortable and spacious. We highly recommend this property and intend on visiting again soon.

Relaxing Stay

Our first Vrbo experience was perfect! The house was nicely decorated and had the best little touches everywhere. The house was stocked with everything you would need. The kids had plenty of games to play with as well. I also loved how everything was labeled with little decals so you knew where everything was. The salt water pool with shelf was amazing as well! The stay was just what our family needed!

Amazing home with everything you need!

Property is beautiful. Home has every thoughtful amenity you could dream of. Host is incredibly attentive, thoughtful and helpful. Pool is such a great space for families to relax. Beaches are close by and lots of restaurants. Home is extremely clean and organized with everything you need labeled. Appreciated all the basics such as toiletries, laundry and kitchen supplies provided. Can’t think of a single thing we needed that was not already provided.

Clean property and easy to communicate

Location was close to everything. The house was clean and had just about everything we needed. Swimming pool wasn’t warm due to a rain and breakage, but other than that it was nearly perfect. Host was easy to communicate and she responded right away. I strongly recommend this property if anyone is planning on renting a house at Bonita Springs.

This property is everything and more. I have never experienced a more attentive or meticulous host. Everything we could possibly need was provided! Vacation Heaven

From the moment we booked Casa Bonita, we knew it was the perfect choice for our stay on vacation! We walked thru the door and felt at home! The location is superb. The amenities that the house has made for the perfect stay. From the spacious rooms to the covered Lanai and of course the perfect pool for lounging in sunshine. With proximity to many different restaurants and shopping, our 17 day stay was stress free. Bonus for us, with the full kitchen, and outdoor grill, it was nice to enjoy fixing dinner there and enjoying quiet evenings. There is no other place we will stay in Bonita to rest, unplug, and reset! Highly recommend anyone or any family to book Casa Bonita. Kelly made the process of booking so easy and was great with checking in as well as answering any questions you might have! We will be booking for next year asap!

Lovely Stay

We rented Casa Bonita for extended family traveling to Bonita for the holidays. The home is conveniently located close to parks, beaches, dine dining and shopping. Kelly was responsive and timely with message followups and helpful with any questions. The home is impeccably clean, comfortable and spacious. Every detail had been thought of. We absolutely will be renting this house in the future as well as referring to all of our friends and family.

There’s no place like home!

We stayed at Casa Bonita for the month of March 2025, and we truly couldn’t have asked for a cleaner, more well-equipped home. The pool was absolutely fantastic, and we loved having the option to relax in the shade on the lanai. The umbrella over the pool chairs was a great touch, and the terrycloth covers on the sun chairs made lounging even more comfortable. It was also so thoughtful to have sunscreen available for guests—just one of many small details that made a big difference. We found the extra hooks in the bathrooms and closets to be very useful, and the speaker by the pool made it easy to enjoy our favorite music outdoors. Kelly and Dick have thought of everything, and they responded promptly whenever we had a question. We’ll definitely be back!
