✨ THE "HIGH-AND-DRY" SANCTUARY OF SAN CARLOS ESTATES ✨

Nestled in the heart of Bonita Springs, San Carlos Estates offers a rare "Top Shelf" lifestyle that balances secluded, rural-style privacy with modern coastal convenience. Spanning nearly an acre of high-and-dry land, this neighborhood is a "hidden gem" for travelers seeking space, silence, and security.

✦ Rare Safety Advantage: One of the neighborhood’s most unique benefits is its elevation. Strategically located outside of a designated flood zone on 100% uplands, our property offers superior protection from the storm surges that can impact beachfront homes. This "Flood Zone X" status provides guests with total peace of mind during their Florida getaway.

✦ Estate-Sized Privacy: Experience true "breathing room" on oversized lots (typically 1.25 acres). Unlike high-density gated communities, our estate features mature tropical landscaping and deep setbacks, ensuring a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle.

✦ A Quiet Oasis Near the Action: While the vibe is low-key and private, you are never far from adventure. Enjoy the freedom of a non-HOA community that is just a 5-minute hop to the upscale dining and shops of Coconut Point Mall and a short 15-minute drive to the pristine white sands of Barefoot Beach.

✨ KEEPING THE MAGIC ALIVE ✨

To ensure every guest enjoys a '10 out of 10' stay and to keep our 1-acre oasis pristine for everyone, we have a few house rules. They’re the standard 'nitty-gritty' stuff, but they help us maintain the high standards you deserve!

✨ POOL HEATING & TEMPERATURE POLICY ✨

Our heated saltwater pool is set to 86°F. Please note the following regarding its operation during your stay:

✦ Operating Limits: If outdoor temperatures drop below 55°F, the heater will automatically shut down to protect the system. No refunds provided for weather-related fluctuations.

✦ Recovery Time: Following a cold front, it may take 24–48 hours or longer for the pool to return to its set temperature once the air warms back up.

✦ No Tampering: Host adjusts all features remotely. Guests are strictly prohibited from adjusting the pool control panel, iAquaLink settings, or pool valves. Unauthorized adjustments will result in a $250 service fee to cover system recalibration.
