We arrived around 8:00 pm and checked into our room without issue. We got settled in our room and went to find the pool and were told there was no water in the pool or hot tub. As a mom in town for a wrestling tournament, I chose the hotel for the pool and breakfast. I would like a refund.

We checked in on Saturday, it was Thursday before anyone even emptied our trash and then we had to request it. We checked out on Sunday, that was the only time our room was touched. We have stayed at this hotel at least once a year and usually twice for the approximately 10 years. In the time, the pool has only been open and available twice or maybe 3 times. It was out of order for repairs again this time. For breakfast, the whole milk was souring.

The first thing I have is that the room smell musty and unaired out the second issue is the hot tub was supposed to be working when I rented the room but it was not it was closed due to a maintenance issue and will not reopen until the middle of January the website did not tell me that the hot tub was not working after I booked it it was too late to get a refund the third thing is there was a door that was banging all night long in the maintenance area of the hotel which disturbs sleep below the room I was staying the staff issue is okay it's the issue with the cleanliness of the facility

The room was nice and we loved the pool and hot tub. We skipped the breakfast because the area was too congested and difficult to navigate. The one waffle maker was in the corner prompting a line that blocked the area. I would stay there again but realize breakfast probably isn't on the menu.

When I booked the date it gave me two dates in blue so I tried to click on one but they both remained. I thought then that that must mean staying Sep 27 checking out Sep 28. So a day or so later when I checked it gave me Sep 28 and not Sep 27 the day i needed. I called Seep Inn requesting to change date and she told me I would have to get ahold of Hotels.com which I did. The lady that I talked to was very kind and tried to help me. She got ahold of Sleep Inn and when she got back to me she said that the person at the desk would not change the day and I got the indication she was not to nice about it. She gave me a 800 number to call of Sleep Inn executive branch. They were very kind also and suggested a 3 way call with him and Sleep Inn and me to try to resolve this even to upgrade but change the night to Sep 27, he also checked and told me that they had plenty of rooms available for the night of the 27th. So I called Sleep Inn and told her that I was going to do the call, she not only was very rude but hung up on me!!! How professional is that. I was not only treated very badly but had to find a different place to stay and out the money that I had to pay for a room I didn't even stay in. I've made sure I've told all my family and friends to stay at any Sleep Inn.

The motel looks nice and fancy from outside and in the front office. Except the girl behind the desk she had pink hair, a hoodie on and quit lazy.The hallways and the doors on the rooms show alot of drug bustes have happened there. The TV was broke I called the front and she said push the power button I said I did she said ok I will write a ticket up good bye. I said no I want to watch TV. She said I will have to move you. Then she rented the room with a broken TV without cleaning it. We did use the bathroom and stuff. Makes you wonder if our room was cleaned adequately. The front desk girl acted like we were a burden to her. The next morning get up to go to the breakfast it was nice to see the front desk person dressed nicely along with the maids. That was the only good thing. A hot tub was shut down the pool was cold and dirty. There was nobody using the facility because of no tub and cold pool. I recommend The shilo inn that's across the road same price better staff better motel.
