TV has lines that run through it. Kitchen sink was faucet was falling off. Shower curtain was supper high and would allow water to come out of the shower up stairs, you can tell its been that way for a while as the floor was coming up, o e of the twin beds 2 of the feet where off of it. I sent picture of our check in but no response. All in all everthing was nice.

We stayed in this same unit 2 years ago and loved it. I think it was a new build at that time. But now the townhome looks a bit beat up, needing some maintenance. Place was dusty, microwave handle broken, stains on couch and carpet, kitchen pots were not cleaned well, one kitchen sponge for dishes and it was rotten, vertical blinds on slider door had several missing. Walls need some paint touch up and one kitchen char looks like a dog chewed it up. Upstairs bathroom shower ensuite has water damage on baseboard as the water pours out of the shower when being used. The grounds/grassy area in front was full of dog poop and garbage.

Place was very nice and accommodating.

Only issue was kids next door or in the area kept ringing doorbell or knocking loudly on the door and running. Very disruptive.

Spacious Spot

Nice place with plenty of space in rooms, and 3 bathrooms was super convenient. Good amenities, and neighborhood was mostly quiet for being so populated in the townhome complex. I liked the front unit, made brining in luggage very easy. Only issue was that the thermostat was on lockdown, so bring a sweatshirt for the cold mornings because it won't let you turn it to heat once you switch to cool to combat the sun-baked evenings.

Highly recommend!

Our unit was clean, well stocked with everything you might need! Clear communication with property manager, which usually isnt the case. If you are getting there on google maps be careful it will lead you around the long way but it is very easy to figure out. Quiet neighborhood and close to some really great restaurants. We will re book this location!
